My Thoughts Create A Sea

Am I Real?

I'm a part of life.
I'm a part of the system.
I'm a part of the family.
I'm a part of the team.

But is that it?

I exist only to contribute my part to the ecosystem.
If I were to stray or become useless then I would be thrown out immediately.
The only reason we are born is improve our species and our abilities before we die.
If you don't do something extraordinary then you are forgotten amongst the thousands that roam the earth.
You are to make something great or yourself, if you don't then why were you even born?

The adults try to help you, they do everything they can so you get your name in the history books.
Fame is everything, even in the older days everything was about who discovered new land and who ruled over it.
Columbus may have been horrible, but he made his way into the books because he discovered new land.
No matter if your good or bad your goal in life is to achieve the same thing.

Otherwise your existence is meaningless.
You were just a flea.
You were nothing compared to the giants who made their way to the top.
Death is everyone's reward, whether you did something great or not.
Life is only a punishment, a long cruel one at that.
