Beginning

"Holley Danielle Galves."

"I'm coming! " I shouted.

Tinapos ko ng suotin ang uniform ko saka bumaba sa first floor. My room is on the second floor. Then our living room, dining area, kitchen and separate comfort room were located in the first floor. We have comfort rooms inside our rooms too.

"Why are you kinda late again, hija? Did you went out last night? ''

I didn't answered mom and choose to divert the topic even though I sneaked out last night to a party a little. I need to enjoy a bit cause my mind was stressed these days.

"What time is it na po?"

To my surprise she didn't answered me as well.

"Almost late to your classes time."

"Okay, I'll go to school na po. Bye, mom!"

Nilagay ko na lahat ng kakailanganin ko sa bag. Notebooks, laptop, ball pens and two pouches for my personal needs then I get my car keys and wallet before leaving the house.

I'm a third year college student. Nag-aaral ako para maging doktor. I'd like to help healing people. I wanted to be a doctor since then so when I become college student I choose the field of medicine.

Aksidenteng napatingin ako sa likod habang nagmamaneho at napansin kong parang may sumusunod sa'kin pero pag-lingon ko uli wala na ito kaya binalewala ko na lang. I came in school just in time, or so as I believe.

"Ms. Galvez."

"Yes, Ma'am? I'm sorry po, I'm five minutes late."

"This would be the last time you'll get late ha, it's your second time." She turned her gaze on me.

"Noted, Ma'am." I stated.

Pagkayari akong tignan ni Ma'am ay pina-upo n'ya na'ko. Nakita kong napalingon sa gawi ko si Noreen at Zea pero 'di ko na sila nalingon dahil nag-simula ng magturo si Mrs. Cruz.

" The Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree is a five year graduate program intended to teach students the essentials of being a Medical Doctor. The program consists of three years of academic instruction, one year of clinical clerkship and one year of post-graduate internship..."

"And I know that all of you are aware of this. Remember to take a rest this December break because third and fourth year medical students will do a rotations at hospitals and clinics affiliated with their school, culminating with taking and passing USMLE...

As the Step 2. Students doing rotations assist residents in a particular specialty such as surgery, pediatrics, internal medicine or psychiatry..."

The discussion continues. Hours had passed and we are going home. I came to my friends, Zea and Noreen. I'd like to invite them to go on our home so we could do a sleep over.

"Hey, Gusto n'yo bang mag-sleep over sa'min? We can have a movie marathon tonight." I asked.

"Sounds good!" Sabi ni Zea.

"Sa tingin ko 'di ako pede eh."
Sabi naman ni Noreen.

"Why? Do you have a part-time job tonight?"
Zea asked.

"Oo eh" Nag-aalinlangang sagot n'ya.

"That's okay, ayaw mo ba talagang tumanggap ng money from us?" Tanong uli ni Zea.

Umiling ng paulit-ulit si Noreen at nag-paalam. She's always been a responsible person and a hardworking girl. Samantalang ito namang si Zea, maganda na may pagkamaldita pero mabait naman. I can proudly say I'm on the right circle.
