Chapter 04 (Part Two)

Seriously. How do you know who Adam Lambert is, but not Tetris?

Varian turned to Nathan. "You're surprised by this? Of course I know who he is. He's a vocal genius."

"I can honestly say I'm shocked."

So Varian liked Adam Lambert. That was...oddly unexpected. Who would have guessed. Nathan himself wasn't too fond of the singer, but he had to admit, he had talent.

Varian laughed. "Yes. I know who Adam Lambert is. I like his music. And he has good values and morals."

Nathan shrugged slightly at that. "He's alright. More power to him for good morals, I guess."

"He's a good man. Most people only focus on his exterior though." Varian said, glaring pointedly at Evan during the last bit. Evan grinned and blew Varian a kiss.

"Can't help myself, he's a sexy man."

Varian rolled his eyes and went back to work. Nathan snorted at the small interaction and sighed quietly before he smirked. Might as well harass Varian some more. 

"So Varian, I couldn't help but notice you never answered Evan's question."

He figured he was allowed to be curious, being Varian's boyfriend and all. So he was allowed to ask who Varian would sleep with if he was given the chance.

"This I did for a reason, Nathan." Varian said, fixing his gaze on the person in question. "And I would have gotten away without having to answer if you'd just let it be."

"Why won't you answer? Honestly, I'm highly interested." Nathan replied with a small laugh. He could just assume that there was no one that Varian would sleep with, but come on. Everyone had at least one person.

Varian sighed. "There isn't anyone I'd really want to have sex with. But if I had to chose I'd probably go with Adam Lambert too." 

Evan was inspecting his fingernails, which were painted black, surprise, surprise, and looked up expectantly after Varian's response. "So...threesome?"

"Hell no." It came out of Nathan's mouth before he had time to process it, glancing over to Evan. Varian's expression soured as he glared at Evan.

"Not what I meant."

Evan held up his hands. "Hey, can't kill a guy for asking."

"Sorely tempted to," Varian replied. Nathan hummed quietly in agreement. Evan was just so...Evan. There was no other word to describe him. 

"Aw, I was just teasing. It's not like a threesome would work anyway." Evan huffed. "Considering your severe aversion to topping." 

Varian looked at the object in his hand, then back to Evan. "I would throw this at you if I didn't know you'd take pleasure in it."
