it was now sunday i woke up to see ara taking up the whole bed i laugh at her and go to the restroom i wash my face and decide to not do any makeup
i go to the kitchen to make breakfast for everyone i made papas con chorizo i hear food steps behind me and turn around to see kevin "hey yari" " hi kev" i say while going to hug him" can you please go wake up the kids for me" " anything for you chula" he then goes to wake them up
i start to think about what he said "chula" 🤭 he's lowkey fine if im being honest NO stop yarina. he's been your friend since second grade that would just ruin y'all relationship
you see kevin walk back into the kitchen with regina in his arms and holding mannys hand "yarii" manny let's go of kevin's hand and jumps into your arms "did you make my favorite?" he says smiling "yes i did" "go wake up giselle and gabe" "okay" manny then runs off to the other side of the house
"did you see gisa's insta?" kevin asks me "no" i reply he shows me and i say "pinche puta" "i think it's cute people think we're together" i just look at him then we start to lean in...
"can you serve me now yari?" you see manny and he snaps you out of your daze "oh yeah sure" gabe and gisa look at each other and high five
after y'all finish eating gisa says she has to go home and says goodbye to everyone gabe and kevin just go back to gabe's room meanwhile you are in the living room watching the movie "paranorman" with your younger siblings
"i'm gonna go to the restroom" you say
Kevin's pov
me and gabe are playing cod when i hear yari say she's going to the bathroom so i take that as my chance to go talk about what happened in the morning "hey gabe imma go to the restroom" "alr bro hurry up tho"
i walk out the door and head to the bathroom i see yarinas walking away so i call her name
your pov
"yarina" i hear someone say i turn around and see kevin "oh hey what's up" "don't act like you don't know what was about to happen in the kitchen" i didn't say anything i just looked at him he grabs my wrist and pulls me into the bathroom so no one can hear us
"okay if you're not gonna say it then i will yarina i like you i've liked you since fourth grade" "wow you too?" i say he looks at me "wait you like me back?" "yea i mea- before i could finish my sentence kevin smashed his lips onto mine i was shocked at first then melted into his touch and kissed back
"be my novia?" "yes" i say i start smiling but i say "let's keep it a secret for now" "i agree chula whenever your ready" i smile at him and give him a peck "go back to gabe he's waiting" "okay okay bye mi chula" he says while lifting up my chin to give me a peck"
