"It's a bit late for this, isn't it?"Sam asked Bucky as they walked out of the compound, going to greet the Guardians as they landed

"It's called respect Sam"Bucky replied as he shoved his hands in his leather jacket pockets, it was the middle of the night and as the Compound didn't have many people in it, they were chosen to go"And I wasn't gonna let Steve come out, just came back from a mission while you were mopping around here"
The Guardian's ship landed quickly and the rear door opened, the guardians walking out with an additional man.
The second they realised who it was, Bucky and Sam ran forward, greeting Y/N with a hug as he walked down the steps.Y/N smiled as he leaned into the hug, finally realising his dream for the last 6 months had been fulfilled
"We thought you were dead"Bucky said as they separated from the hug

Y/N was in a cleaner state.Now he was clean-shaven, his hair remained grown out but combed back similar to his fathers and he had gotten out of his suit and into more comfortable clothing.He stood in the common room, reuniting with his father who had just ended his emotional reunion
"You know, if we dye the kid's hair blonde he'd look exactly like you"Sam gave the idea as Steve patted Y/N on the back
