He seemed to have the slightest smile on his face "so.. If I may ask.. what was up with earlier, why did you go savage on that cat?" His smile dropped almost instantly "well you see.. cats have nine lives, and well he pretty much wasted 8 of them out of spite and now he's on to his last one so I've gotta take it before he just wastes it like the others"
My eyes widened at what he just said, I felt a shiver up my back soon realizing that I'm literally sitting next to death.. like actual death itself, that could just take my life away just like that. He sensed the fear on me and his ears perked up "now I love the smell of fear but... you don't need to be scared of me, I'm not here for you" he scoffed, a small smile formed on my face "oh okay that's a relief" I said "well I better get going so I can catch up with that damned cat" he said standing up, my ears drooped down Abit "oh uh can I come? I mean I just got here and nobody seems to be out and about much.. it's pretty boring" his ear twitched and there was just silence between us. He was thinking "....sure just don't get in my way" my tail started wagging and I jumped up happily "I won't... I think" he paused and death stared me "I'm joking I will stay out of ur way geez" he smiled "I know heh, I was just testing if the death stare works on you.. and it does" he said nudging my arm "hmph whatever... " I said, he walked up to the door opening it "ladies first" he said jokingly "oh please I barely consider myself a lady" I said pushing him out first, he let out a chuckle. A few hours have passed since we've been walking in silence, I tried to break it by trying to talk about something I see "oh wow.. there's a tree" I said pointing at it, he took a second to react "oh like I never saw one before" I looked down "stones" "okay that's enough what are you trying to do?" He stopped walking "start a conversation" I replied "well that's the dumbest way I heard someone start a conversation..." He started walking again "okay okay I know it's awkward but I can tell you a jok-" I was cut off with a simple "no.." my ears drooped down and I just remembered something, I ran up beside him "well... What about this..."I pulled out my hands revealing two metallic clawed gauntlets and he froze "what are... Those" he said with wide eyes

"Well you see I don't have claws... So I use these but never reveal my hands much" I giggled, he seemed to be amused and grabbed one of my hands examining it "quite well done patterns, who made it?" He said "I did, pure dragon scales, forged with iron, and this cloak too, it's fire proof" I whispered the last part, he nodded and took a closer look at me "open your mouth what teeth do you have" I was weirded out at this point "uh... Okay" I opened my mouth revealing my canid teeth "your teeth are quite large and sharper than mine" he said "your probably just a common grey wolf that's why.. I'm an ancient decent from powerful, much much! Larger wolf species I was pretty much the runt of the litter tho.." he was shocked "a runt?! You look way to big to be a runt" he said looking at me "turns out we are not so different, you look quite strong.. for a girl" I looked at him "hey was that an insult?" He didn't answer and just kept walking
