SUMMARY

A group of four friends decided that they wanted to do something crazy. Of course, Marcus was wholeheartedly against it as both Burgundy and Mabel pleaded, while Daphne was indifferent to the idea. Burgundy thought it would be fun if they went down to the sewer system like they were the kids in IT. Marcus was the most freaked out about psychological horrors, which was his main reason to refuse the thought of it, plus he truly did not want to deal with the smell. Daphne did not mind the idea, but she refused to do anything unless all four of them went. So after some prodding, Marcus finally agreed.

Once at the sewer system, Mabel suddenly wants to turn back, thinking how bad the idea suddenly was. Since Marcus was so irritated by the fact that she had pleaded for him to come forced them to press on. Burgundy and Daphne clung to each other inside the sewer, walking behind Marcus who was only fueled to move onward by her urge to drag Mabel along.

Then they got lost.

Lost in the sewer systems.

All teens panicked, Daphne was the least panicked but more agitated by the fact that they had gotten lost. Mabel was in full survival mode while Burgundy and Marcus freaked out. Daphne was the one to find the light at the end of the tunnel, which only worried her since they left during the night.

Running from the sewer system these group find themselves in a different state, no longer in sunny California but now in Indiana. It could almost make sense to them if it weren't for the fact that it was the year 1983, and they were just in 2023.
