Chapter 2: Goddess, Devil and a nerd

I.C-0n:"I'M TALKING TO YOU, YOU DAMN FREAK! DON'T THINK YOU CAN JUST IGNORE YOUR GO-"

without notice, Icon got hitted in the head by that same mace that saved her, and was sent flying meters and meters away

I.C-M1k4:"stop being so noisy. I can't hear Orga if you keep rambling"

Icon was leaking a black liquid from her head. It was as dense as blood, yet it was really far from it

I.C-0n:"how...dare you..?"

She was mad at the new comer, the angriest she's ever been. As she was getting ready to strike at him, she noticed that the corpse was gone. Shortly after, I.C-313n tried attacking the other cube, Screaming as she created a knife
He, however, stabbed her in the head with his tail

I.C-M1k4:"I said-"

And he pierced her chest with his claws, crushing a cube shaped heart in the process

I.C-M1k4:"-shut up"

He dropped the now officially lifeless corpse on the ground, and headed towards the rests of the diner, ignoring Icon
And at the diner, Max was left out of breath, as he was holding one of his arms, and also holding a Nokia covered in blood

Max:"Damn...this thing is durable..."

Krow was on the ground, bleeding from his head, as he slowly got up and started to walk away

Krow:"you...may have won this time...but THIS...ISN'T THE LAST TIME YOU'LL HEAR OF THE MASTER OF DARKNESS! KRO-"

he got shot right between the eyes, as smoke was coming out of a little compartment in one of Mika's hands

I.C-M1k4:"Guess this is good for ranged targets"

And still, no emotion whatsoever in his voice. Max was shocked and frightened by the sudden apparition of this new machine, as he got a few steps back away from it

Max:"And uuuuuh...who are you?"

I.C-M1k4:"Mikazuki Augus."

Max:"And...why did you help me, exactly?"

I.C-M1k4:"It was Orga's orders."

Max:"Uh Huh..."

Max got out a notebook, and started writing things down, as Icon furiously landed beside him and synthetized a weapon

I.C-0n:"I HOPE THAT BRICK OF YOURS HAS A CAMERA, BECAUSE YOU'LL GET TO FILM A GOD AT WORK!"

She tried to jump against Mika, but Max held her by an Arm, wich caused her to blush a bit

I.C-0n:"W-WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!"

Max:"He helped us, Icon! At least show some gratitude!"

I.C-0n:"And why the hell should I?!"

Max:"Because it's my order as your Administrator, so Thank him."

Max looked very tired, both for the fight and for Icon's attitude, while the Cube let out a long sigh, before approaching Mika

I.C-0n:"Thanks for stealing my Kill, idiot."

Mikazuki, however, said nothing and started walking away, leaving the 2 in the rain

Max:"Wait! Look, sorry for Icon's behaviour. Thank you for helping us against this weirdos"

I.C-M1k4:"No need to thank me. I just followed Orders"

Max:"Right, right...speaking of wich: This "Orga" guy, is he your administrator?"

I.C-M1k4:"Adm...What?"

Max:"Your "Owner", "Master", however you wanna call it"

Mika looked confused, VERY confused. He tilted his head to the side and gave Max a cold gaze

Max:"...You have no idea what i'm saying, don't you?"

I.C-M1k4:"No."

Max:he sighed, before lowering his goggles "So now there's a mad toaster with a godcomplex and a air fryer that looks like it came out of a anime, great..."

He started writing more stuff down, as Icon changed form, going back to her original one that resembles Mika more, gazing at him with disgust

I.C-0n:"You must be crazy if you think i'm letting you keep this thing with us"

Max:"who's the guy defending you from the government?"

I.C-0n:"Not that i need protection...but CASUALLY it's the same guy that kidnapped me without telling me what his plan is!"

I.C-M1k4:"Government?"

I.C-0n:"You know, the people that like to tax the poor, give money to the rich, deny rights to a lot of people and would probably do the same to other planets. Were you built under a damn rock or somenthing?"

Mikazuki processed all the informations...then he got an illumination:

I.C-M1k4:("Just like gjallarhorn...maybe i can prevent them from being born if I destroy the people with power here") he thought.

Mika then looked at the sky, hearing once again thag loud static followed by the figure of Orga Itsuka moving his lips

I.C-M1k4:"Neo Tekkadan."

Max:"What?"
I.C-0n:"huh?"

I.C-M1k4:"That will be our name from now on. Kudelia tought me that the world "Neo" means "New", so we will be the new Tekkadan. Our goals are the same, after all"

Max:"Oooooooook..?"
I.C-0n:"i'm telling you: this guy is crazy" she whispered to Max

Max thought about the words of Mika, being confused, sure, but also very curious about the history and, most importantly, capabilities of this thing

Max:"I DO Like this name...Ok: Neo Tekkadan it is"

I.C-0n:"WHAT?!"

Max:"Come on, another helping hand can always be usefull. Besides it will be nice having another guy to talk about...Guys stuff"

I.C-M1k4:"Don't touch me."

Max:"Yessir."

Icon sighed again, crossing her arms and looking away

I.C-0n:"Fine, fine, he can stay...but only if you'll start calling me "Your Goddess" from now on!'

Max:"Hell no"

I.C-0n:"Then guess that I'M the one leaving"

As she started to floating away, Max sighed

Max:"Oh for the love of God...Fine, "My Goddess"'

I.C-0n:"See? Was it that hard calling me by the right name?"

Max:"Can you shut up already?"

As the cube and the nerd kept Arguing, Mikazuki looked at the sky once more
