A sonadow Christmas

A gift to you

Once the light died down sonic and shadow reappeared inside a homey feeling house that had pictures of cream, vanilla and cheese hung up on the wall and some with friends in it

There were many decorations just for the holiday there being most importantly a big green Christmas tree in the corner of the living room sonic went over and placed the previous present he had held under the tree along with another he pulled out that was blue with a yellow ribbon

Sonic stood next to shadow who hadn't moved from when they chaos controlled here so he could see his "work"  even though he uses the same color code of the presents every year he was still very proud of his wrapping "so this is what you meant by tradition?" Shadow said not getting what all the hype is about "well yeah!" Sonic replied "so breaking into your friends homes just to give them junk they probably wont even use?" "Don't be like that shads were's your Christmas spirit, now cmon so we can get to the next house" sonic said pulling out the next present he took a good look at it and smiled "looks like we're going to pay egg breath an early visit" "and why should we go there?!"

Shadow said as sonic chaos controlled into Eggmans base "like i said shads were is your Christmas spirit" shadow grumbled before snatching the gift "whatever lets just get this over with before a robot comes to kill us" shadow said putting the present on the doctor's desk "see happy now?" Shadow growled "very but thats not the only one we have to drop off here" sonic said digging in the bag again putting three more presents down

Yellow with a blue ribbon, red with a blue ribbon and the other blue with a red ribbon "the colors you chose are ugly" shadow said looking over to the box he put down red with a yellow ribbon, definitely ugly

Sonic gasped dramatically putting a hand on his chest as if he was hurt

Meanwhile the kitten had found her way up on top of shadows head resting there for the time being "lets just go to the next house, i already have some Mobians in mind" sonic said chaos controlling again to another place but this place was unfamiliar to shadow the inside was big like extremely big  "were the hell are we" shadow snapped his head to face the other looking for answers "we're in the palace, but dont worry my family wont mind that your here" sonic said simply but all shadow heard was palace and family

Shadow had no idea he's been beating up someone who was a part of a royal family he knew this hedgehog would be the end of him

"What're you doing just standing there shads lets go" sonic said racing outside into the garden were he saw found his siblings, mother and uncle chuck having a picnic "guess who!" Sonic said racing around his family "bro! What took you so long" a green hedgehog, prince Manic said tackling his brother to the grass sonic laughed "so much for being the fastest thing alive, huh sonic" a pink hedgehog, princess Sonia said "yeah yeah, anyway i got something for everyone, isn't that right shads!-" sonic said looking around, the hedgehog had disappeared again "shadow? Were did he go???" Sonic stood "you brought a guest?" Uncle chuck asked "maybe it's that male hedgehog sonics been talking about, his name was shadow, correct?" The purple hedgehog Queen Aleena said

"Oooh sonic brought his boyfriend over to our Christmas picnic~" Sonia teased " maybe he's just a little shy, anyway these are for you all no need to thank me" sonic said cockily as he handed everyone the gifts especially picked out for them "well I'll go fetch him real quick, brb" "but just in case you know were all the extra bedrooms are" Manic said Sonia laughed as sonics face went tomato red once he figured out what his brother was implying

Aleena pulled manics ear "stop teasing your brother you two" "ouch ma!" Manic yelped Sonia snickered sonic shook his head before he ran off

He headed back inside the castle passing the gardens and fountain he noticed something dark in the corner of his eye he looked in the direction to see the exact Mobian he was looking for sitting on a bench that had an flower bush arch sonic slowed down and sat next to the ebony, shadows ear twitched in sonics direction but he still didn't look at him and continued to pet the kitten on the head. The kitten laid asleep beside shadow "is something wrong, we could go home if you like?" Sonic said after a few minutes of silence shadow merely shook his head in response until another silence filled the air sonic looked for words to say but could come up with anything until he looked at the red sack he had been dragging around with him.
