So it takes place after the Eternals.
After probing the memories of the remaining Eternals, Arishem decides that Earth can remain because of the abnormal amount of heroes the planet produces, even capable of defeating Thanos.
Curious as to what about the planet has allowed for the forming of this many heroes, they decide to have an experiment. The body of the Celestial that remained after Cersei killed it, still contains all of the energy and power it would've wielded. Arishem decides to create a human child (whatever gender you want), and implants the power into the child, wishing to see if the environment on the planet could create a being that could better guide and nurture mortal life than the celestials could with their current way of operating. They task the remaining Eternals with making sure the child is raised well and is able to control their powers, while letting the environment around them decide how they will become.
That's just a basis for the story, could be a love interest. Could be some avengers hijinks. Fury could just say that the reader started emitting massive amounts of energy once their powers started to become more known and shield tracked them down. But yeah that's about it. Go wild.
