It was Friday, November 27 at around 4 o'clock in the evening.I had just gotten home from school. I open the door and my mom is standing in the door way to our living room. She seemed angry with me so I just look down and ask in disgust and pissed off tone "what did I do this time"?
Instead of replying she walks over to me and hugs me and asks "How could you forget you own birthday"? I was shocked! I hadn't forgot but everybody else had so I just stopped giving a shit. I told her that is wasn't worth all the fuss and when to my room to see my crush in the Internet.

I have had a laptop for a few years and had finally worked out how to make it compatible with a desktop. So now I can control both devices with one mouse. It comes in handy when I'm trying to write up a paper for ELA and watch you crush podcast on YouNow. But tonight all I wanted to do was make my self known to the girl I have come to like for 2 straight years. The only thing is I never told her that I liked her.

Her name is Rebecca. Her YouNow username is The_beautiful_jade. She had long flowing amazing red hair. Her skin was always perfectly tan because of how athletic she was and she was the best long-distance runner in the state. She was not the tallest of people but I didn't mind and neither did she. She dressed to make her self feel good and beautiful not to impressed or get the attention of other people. Her "friends" are all like that. Except her "friends" thinks she should stick to sports and leave makeup to them. She was also a very smart, intelligent person and teachers loved her for it. But despite everything not many guys liked her because she wasn't the kind of girl that most guys like.

I was a jock of some type but not the ones that are straight up dicks or muscle heads. I was the jock that was awesome at just about everything I tried. I was starting outside linebacker on varsity. In track I excelled in hurdles from the 110 to the 300 as well as discus. I am well tanned, I am the 3rd strongest guy in school but everyone in athletics says that I look like the strongest kid in school.

We have gone to school together for as long as I can remember. But we we not close friends because of what we did in and out of school.I was a jock. And she was this amazing girl I sat next to in science and world history. Normally when we talked it was about class work or a quick reminder to wake up or that we have homework. Anytime we talked outside of class we would only say a few words to each other then one of us would make an excuse to have to leave. Today I was going to offer her a ride home but she had left with her friends to go eat after school. So I drove home alone.

Since tonight was my birthday and I had gotten my license two days ago I thought I might ask her our. Take her somewhere nice to eat, drive her home, try to kiss her, probably fail, and then drive home. Simple and easy.

So I opened my laptop laid down on my bed and created a new account on YouNow with my name as the user name instead of my normal one The_king_of_me. Then I went to her channel and clicked: WatchNow
I could tell she noticed me join because she had paused mid-sentence and stared at the screen. And instead of greeting me like normal. She completely left that part out a kept talking as if nothing happened. So I sat there with out typing anything and waited till she started her Q/A's. "Dose anyone have anything they want to ask me wether it be my favorite car or if I know the answer to a math question? I will answer anything...within reason". I was the first to respond. She read my question and killed the stream.
