Your POV

You woke up from your bed,getting up and going to the bathroom to fix yourself from sleeping.It's Halloween and you texted Lila if she wanted to go for Trick or Treat with you and she said yes and that Jaune will also join but we first have to get some spooky costumes.Skid and Pump already had their usual costumes so we didn't had to worry about them. 

You went in the kitchen and started making food.Pancakes with blueberries.You received a call from Jack,your boyfriend of 6 months.You couldn't believe how lucky you got with Jack.He was a sweetheart plus a police officer (Yes it's that Jack-).You picked up the phone and answered.

"Heyy Jack,what's up? You usually don't call me at this hour" I said while laughing a little

"Me and John are patrolling the areas near by. The 'Devil' might strike in any second since today is Halloween" Jack said

"Wait what 'Devil'" I asked Jack slightly concerned.Jack sighed

"Last Halloween, a serial killer escaped from prison named Bob Velseb.He has escaped many times and had given us many trouble. Just if you plan to go out for Halloween please be careful i don't wanna lose you" Jack said

"What if he doesn't escape?"I asked trying to stay calm

"Bob is unpredictable! We can't risk any chances!"John yelled so i could hear him

Jack's Pov

"Either way.If you decide to go out please be careful or if you stay inside lock every single door or window.Once i finish my shift i'll come over with some candy from CandyClub.I'll protect you"I said to (Y/N)

I look at John to see him looking at me with a poker face

"Anyways uhh bye sweetheart!Love you!"I said and hung up as soon as I heard (Y/N) say goodbye and to be careful too

"I understand that you care for them,but damn you're head over heels for them" John said 

"I don't want the one i love to get killed by Velseb!"Jack said in a loud tone

John nodded as we continue looking around for any sight of Bob

TimeSkip by Skid and Pump doing the spooky dance

Still no sight of Velseb

"What are we gonna do?Where could he be?" I asked John as the phone rang.I picked it up and heard a woman's voice saying that Bob was spotted at Miss Lila's house.I looked at John and nodded smiling in relief that we might have found him.

Your Pov

You got a call 15 minutes later after you went to find a costume with Lila and Jaune. Jaune said to rush over to Lila's house to help her find Skid and Pump.You weren't thinking straight,you opened the front door immediately and rushed over to Lila's house seeing a police car along with Lila and Jaune.You spotted Jack and John.

"Jack!!" I yelled and went over to hug him

"Hey there! Where did you come from?"Jack said surprised that i was there

"Jaune called me and said to get as fast as i can here cuz Skid and Pump are nowhere to be found"I said and Jack nodded in concern

"Ladies,i suggest you stay inside and lock every window and door"John said

"My kid is out there while there's a killer on the loose!!"Lila said

"You'll find Skid and Pump right Jack?"I said looking at him with worried eyes

"Of course we will!" Jack said and i giggled,giving him a kiss

"Lovebirds,cut it off we need to find a killer and 2 kids here"John said as he dragged Jack.I laughed and waved at Jack

We saw the police car leave and we all looked at eachother

"Let's find Skid and Pump?"I asked 

"YES" Jaune and Lila said

Little did we know someone was staring obsessively at (Y/N)...
