You are dark, I am light

Opposite sides of a coin

Good thing there is always a rainbow after a storm
The sadness is deeper than the bottom of the ocean floor itself
Good thing I love to swim

The frustration you give me takes my words away
My flames are stronger than your chains

You may not hurt me physically, but my heart often hurts
Good thing my heart is strong
The heavier the chains, the stronger I get

But I am the flames that will burn through
