I wake up in the middle of the night with a burning sensation and constant throbing at the back off my mouth and I can barely open my mouth. I lather oraljel on the 4 bumps in the back of my mouth then I go back to sleep
The next Day I tell my girl that imma stay home for school cause I feel sick when really I'm in unbearable pain at the back of my mouth

I got home to fine my beautiful boy sleeping I tuck him in and kissed his forehead. I prepared his favorite meal beef stew I cut up onions tomatoes corn and cubed pieces of steak I put the Mexican blend chesse in the stew then I let it simmer on the oven.

About a week later the pain was a hundreds times worse 3 am I wake up run to the bathroom and lay on rhe floor crying Allyson runs in and say baby what's wrong she looks at I say baby pls help it hurts I don't care what needs to be done. I run back to Adrian baby pls I say don't talk honey it's only going to get worse he lays in my thighs I hold a ice pack on each side of his face we watch the arrow until 6:30 am I say honey do you want to wear your pj's to the clinic he nodds and gets up and puts on a black nike hoodie. I put on the same grinch pj pants and the same black hoodie . He smiles and I drive 15 minutes to my mom's clinic Adrian's pain is getting much worse he starts crying I say I know honey where here come on hun let's go inside and get better. I say Hola mama he's in pain please help. I take him to the operating room and lay him in the chair I ask my mom can you please go get oxygen and nitrous ofcourse mija baby Im to place a nub in your nose and it's going to give you oxygen and then I'm going to place the mask over your face and it's going to give you gas that will make you very calm and sleepy he knows his head and says okay my mom comes back I put the oxygen in his nose then the mask I hold it on his face of course he tries moving his head because he doesn't want to go to sleep because he's scared but he eventually said baby I love you and I say I love you too honey you're going to feel sharp pinch he says hell that hurt I say I know love but it's just the medicine making you tired not long after that he starts getting very loopy and I say baby don't fight the medicine just go to sleep and you'll wake up and you'll feel no pain. My mom puts gloves on her hands grabs her loops then grabs me a chair so I can be her assistant she uses a mouth prop and opens his mouth and then Jack's two sets of Lidocaine on each tooth then uses a scalpel to open up his gums and I suction the blood and she cuts the tooth into fours and then put stitches in then I place the gauze in while she cleans up she puts saline in his IV and he starts to move his head and I say Hello My Sunshine he said my mouth has stuff in it no talking my love he starts to put his finger up to his lip and play with his lip I say baby you can't play with your lip it will get infected he says Mama I'm tired I say okay baby you ready you want to go home you're not his head I place a wrappable ice pack around his face he looks very adorable chubby cheeks we go home and he immediately Falls to sleep
