It was nighttime and Tuffnut was sitting on the beach in his merman form before he sighs and looks up
Yep it was yet again another full moon... a full moon meant he would have his hypnotic singing voice while only in his merman form
Tuffnut only told his sister Ruffnut about this curse? Spell? Well whatever it was he hated it!
The blond haired merboy was lost in thought until a net rope trap was tossed on him he try's to get free from it as he hears some footsteps in the sand coming near him.
This only made Tuffnut panic even more and try's to get the net rope trap off of him "WOW! A real merman!" Hiccup says walking closer to the half fish half human creature
"I know dragons exist but to FINALLY get proof of merpeople ACTUALLY EXISTING! I- it's amazing!" Hiccup says again carefully picking up the merman and carrying him to the clubhouse
Hiccup takes the net off of the merman Aka Tuffnut and puts him in a big wooden tub of water
"I'm going to get my friends! So I can show them merpeople actual exist!" The brown haired boy runs back out of the clubhouse and to each of his friends huts
Meanwhile Tuffnut was sitting in that tub and he sighs again "What I'm I gonna tell Hiccup when he doesn't see me as a merman tomorrow morning!" Tuffnut whispers to himself, he thought it was rather cute Hiccup being all happy like a little kid when it came to finding proof of something
He relaxes in the wooden tub he was in. a few minutes later Hiccup walking back inside the clubhouse with Astrid, Snotlout, Ruffnut and Fishlegs
"SEE! I told you guys merpeople exist! The proof is literally right in front of you!" Hiccup says like a really excited like a little kid with a big smile on his face.
Ruffnut knew that merman in the wooden tub was Tuffnut but no one else knew it "That's um... great Hiccup! But maybe should let him rest.." The female Thorston twin said trying to get everyone out of the clubhouse
"I agree with Ruffnut we should let this merman rest." Fishlegs added
"I'm glad you found proof but can we talk about this in the morning?" Astrid asked mid yawn
Snotlout sighs and crosses his arms
Hiccup pouts a little bit and sighs "Okay fine we can can talk about this in the morning" he takes off his vest and puts it on the merman's shoulders before going back to his hut
