The Dragons Eyes Glow in a Menacing Red as he granted the wish and a Very Bright Light manifested and within it a Person it was a Woman With Short Black Hair Dark Skin and Beautiful Yellow Eyes and she was Dressed in a Dark Reddish Gi
But most strikingly was that Glowing circle above her head
