Getting On The Boat

In 1632 I was 14 at the time and me and my father have gotten into an argument of my father wanting me to become a Lawyer and me wanting to be a Sailor "You are not getting on a boat ever in your life!" My father would yell "I don't care what you think of me being a Sailor! I will fulfill my dreams when I want!" I would yell back. My father would stay silent and walk away. Then the next day I went outside to the market and a guy was selling clothes. There was a Sailor hat so of course I went over too him "How much for the hat?" I asked "Only 5£!" The man said "Aw man sorry mate I don't have any" I would say with a sad voice "Don't worry! I'm a Sailor myself and I can let you get the hat just with a little favor. You become part of my crew just for 1 trip. I don't really have much members now and I need to get some my next trip to Brazil" He asked. I would think but I remembered of what happened between me and my father yesterday so I said "I don't know. Me and my father got into an argument of me never getting on a boat ever" I said "Well no problem cause no one really likes to be my crew. I bet you have loads of time!" He said. It started to get dark so I went back home, when I came back home my dad was waiting for me "What were you doing outside there boy?" He asked "Nothing!" I said. I rushed into my room and my dad was running after me. I closed and locked my door but my dad was still there and banging on the door. I just went to sleep. Fast forward another year to 1633. I went back outside to the market and I brought 5£ with me and went back to the guy. "Hey do you still have that hat?" I asked "Sure do!" The guy said. I reached into my pocket but thought. Do I want to pay 5£? Or do I want to get on a boat and feel like a true Sailor and not just some crummy old hat. So I said "I would like to be part of the crew. I hope you still have spots available." I said "Sure do! Just in time in 2 days we're leaving to Brazil! Oh by the name my names Jack. The captain of the ship. See you later!" He said. I couldn't wait to get on the boat. But my dad wouldn't let me so I made a plan to escape and trip to the seas! The next day I was getting ready to see Jack and meet the boat and crew a bit. My dad got into an Argument with my mom so I sneaked downstairs and left the house. I walked to the boat and a bike bell ring behind me I turned around and a bike carrying food and water was running towards me. I rushed out the way but the bike almost hit me "Sorry!" The guy riding the bike yelled. I was still walking to the boat. When I finnaly reached the boat Jack was there waiting to greet me "Hi there! Welcome aboard the ship I'll show you the people on the ship and around it!" Jack said. We were walking to the kitchen and I saw the kid riding on the bike. "Hey that kid over there almost ran me over while I walking here" I said "Oh him? He's Jonathan our supplier" Jack said. I didn't think much so I asked "Where's my room?" "Oh right! Follow me" Jack said. He would walk me to my room and I entered. Jack closed the door and I looked around. There was a book on the table I looked at it but didn't read the title. The book cover just looked like a ball with different colors on it. I just kept it on the table. "Untying ropes now!" Jack yelled to us all. I exited my room and saw Jack Untying the ropes. Finnaly I left Germany after 15 years of staying I saw Jack untie the ropes there was no turning back. I walked around the ship and looked around "Hey sorry for what happened earlier" The kid on the bike said. I turned around and an 11 year old boy was behind me. It was the one riding the bike "Dont worry it's fine" I said. The kid smiled and just walked away. I went back to my room and decided to read the book. I grabbed it and opened the book "In 1345 A magic ball with all the colors of axolotls was made by a wizard called Emil Tomassen from Finland but one day he was traveling the world but he left the ball at home and the ball got into the wrong hands and they threw the ball into the water never to be seen again, it is to be said the one who finds the ball becomes the Lord of all Axolotls" Lord of all Axolotls? I said in my mind. God I wish I could become the Lord. "Everyone! Get out here!" Jack said. We all rushed out and there was a ship from London with Merchants on it sailing by us. We talked with the people and the ship and they gave us Supplies. The ship was heading to London. They just came back from Finland. And we talked had fun and then we went back to sail. In the night I was about to go to sleep but Jack yelled "Heavy storm incoming!" I looked out of my window and there was a big storm incoming, the waves got bigger and we almost crashed. Jonathan came knocking to my door, I opened and he was there scared and wet from the rain and waves hitting the boat i let him inside and locked my door. "Thanks. Oh by the way I never got your name." Jonathan said "Oh my name is Axo. Well Axolotl people call me Axo" I said "Nice name. Jack probably told you. I'm Jonathan" he said. We talked and went to sleep after a long time. When we both woke up it was daytime. It was all calm small waves, seagulls chirping. It was all peaceful. I went and looked around the ship again and I heard something behind me "Axolotl. I'm here" a strange voice sounded behind me. I looked around and it was a shadow figure looking straight into my soul "I know what you've done. I'm coming for you" The shadow figure said again. I ran towards him to punch him but he faded away when I touched him. I then woke up, it was all a dream. "Are you alright?" Jonathan said, "Yeah I'm fine. I guess" I said. We went out to have brekfast. Cereal a normal brekfast Me and Jonathan became friends we talked a lot, hanged out, we were inseparable
