26. One and Only

In The Car

Amaar, Manizeh, Khushi and Arnav are now in the middle of driving back to the hotel, where Arnav and Amaar are staying. Manizeh had managed to get permission from their reporting head that, they could head out privately rather than head to the accommodation with everyone, as it was just going to free/relaxing time for everyone – now anyway.

They just had a last day of meetings with internal work tomorrow – related to final winding up of the project and then they were all to head on their break anyway. Khushi+ Manizeh, planned to head back to the team accommodation, tomorrow morning. For now, the two wanting nothing more than to just be with Arnav and Amaar, obviously.

They were fifteen minutes into their ride back to the hotel. Amaar was driving. Manizeh was by his side in the front seat and Arnav and Khushi were in the backseat, all cozily snuggled into one another sideways, with Arnav's hand snug on her shoulder possessively and Khushi just basking happily in the intense vibe in between the two – as the four talked – amongst themselves. Amaar and Arnav, filled them in over how they'd gotten here etc etc and the worry they had been feeling, and how they'd been each other's support through it all. This warmed both their hearts immense, yet again.Given that they were super close, it obviously warmed Khushi and Manizeh to see, Amaar and Arnav bond deeply now as well. This incident had surely, done that for the two, a development they were both delighted about.

And post that discussion, because, Arnav didn't want Khushi to spot the drama up online herself, he had to fill her in over the online Hungama related to him and Syna , which eventually led to Khushi, replying to Syna's text on the same – asking her not to worry about it at all, as she reassured the same to Arnav – in the moment.

Khushi looked up from her phone now. She'd just finished typing another emoji filled smiley text to Syna. She bites back her smile, as she finds Arnav scowling to himself, adjusting his arm snug around her shoulder – " I am so freaking embarrassed by all of this baby...I mean...the fact that you have to deal with all this...online grapevine on my accord in relation to Syna...on and off..."

Khushi snuggles in happily to his side at that grinning – " do you know, you look adorable when you scowl that way..baby? so freaking adorable...and I told you right? can you not like worry about this at all...I know what the truth is right? what the equation is, that's all that matters...like I don't care about all this...anyway...you know that...I know you are mine...just like you know, I am yours...its always been us...in our hearts, we know that, so why care what the world is blabbering, out there? like this worldly rumour chatter on account of you and Syna, is the last bit I want to even give a dime too...at this moment...,"and she pauses with Manizeh giving her a mischevious look from front saying.You mean, after the moments you'v been through on board realising how much you love him?Oh how come, you havent blurted out – I love you – in the moment yet babe?Good going with that control.

Khushi exchanges a mischievous narrow-eyed look with her bestie at that – that says. That's going to be in private, super soon , Manizeh.

Manizeh nods at Khushi – quickly. That makes Arnav say to Amaar now – " Amaar, these two got a sign language of their own..don't they?why haven't I been able to decipher it yet?"

Amaar chuckles – " indeed, they do...have a sign language of their own...and don't worry...years of being around these two and yet I have only not deciphered...it...so you don't be hard on yourself bro.."
