Almost Normal (Peter Parker x Reader)

A little more than a little scared

My heart starts racing. How do you I get out of this? What would Nat do?

"Wait!" The man yells
"What?" The lady says coldly
"We could use her for the experiment. Then you won't have to hide a body or kidnap anyone else."
She nods putting the gun away "it'll draw less attention" she looks back at me "just throw her in cryo for now."

Tony's POV
In the middle of the day I get a call from Steve "can you come to the compound?" He anxiously asks as soon as I pick up

I sigh "when I finish work" I guess I don't get to relax today
"No I mean right now."
"Can't it wait?"
"It's y/n"
"I'll be right there" I immediately hang up and get in the car.

When I arrive I open the doors without knocking "where's Y/n what happen?"
Steve looks up at me "I don't know. She came her crying and wouldn't tell me what happened and by the time I got back from getting her a glass of water she had disappeared."

"And she won't answer our calls" peter chimes in
I shrug "she doesn't always answer right away. Just give her some t-"
"That was yesterday" Steve says cutting me off
I try to keep my composure "why did you not tell me sooner?"

Sleep deprivation clouds Steve's face "It's like you said: she doesn't always answer right away, but I'm starting to get worried"
"Did you check her tracking chip?" I ask

Peter's eyes narrow in confusion "tracking chip?"
"when she first came to live with him he got one of the dog tracking chips for her in case he lost her." Steve lets out a small tired laugh "father of the year"
I roll my eyes "did you check it?"
"yes. It's been disabled" Steve mumbles

Peter holds tighter to Niall "You can fix it right? We'll find her? I don't- I don't-" he stumbles
I nod "we're going to find her"
Peter's eyes glisten with tears "I don't know what I would do if something happened to her"
I pat him on the back. Anyone with eyes could see he's in love with her. "Me either"

Y/n's POV
Mom's lost twin brother drags me to the cryo freezer "please don't do this" I beg

"Don't worry" he whispers "I'm going to get you out of this. I couldn't save your mom but I'm going to save you. You just have to trust me"

Trust. That's easy for him to say. He shoves me in and slams the door shut. Before I know it everything goes black

Tony's POV
It's been a week since we've seen Y/n and as Peter has reminded me if they don't find someone within the first forty-eight hours they don't find them; so much for him being the optimist. I don't think Steve's slept all week, if he has it wasn't very much or very long. As I start brewing my 5th pot of coffee for the day my phone rings with an unknown number

Y/n's POV
I'm let of cryo freeze and into some kind of lab. I feel dazed, how long was I in there?

"Start working." The lady says to the man who promised to help me
He drops me into a chair "Hopefully the next time you see her she'll be ready"

The lady leaves the room without answering him

"I thought you said you were going to help?" I croak
"I am." He roots around in and bin and pulls out one of those big injection needles. "I just need to fake your death"
"What?"
"You just have to trust me" he says again injecting me with some unknown fluid, and again everything goes black.

Eric's POV
I exit the lab and go find my sister.

I knock on her door "what do you want?" She yells through the door
"It's about the girl"

She pauses for a moment before answering "make it quick"

I enter and shut the door carefully behind me "she's dead"

She slams her drink down on her desk "dead?"
"She must have been allergic to the sedative"
"You didn't check for allergies?"
"You didn't give me very much time Giselle. I barely finished with the files before you threw her infront of me to make her a super soldier"
"just-" She rubs the bridge her nose in annoyance "get rid of the body and find a new subject"

I nod my head and leave the room. She thinks she's so smart but she's not. I'd gladly go to jail just to see her go to jail, she disgusts me. She murdered our sister and I'm not letting her get away with it.

I go back to the lab and gingerly grab Y/n's limp body. Last time I saw y/m/n I promised her I would keep her daughter safe. I made the promise to keep her safe too but I couldn't keep it.

I put her in a nearby sewer and call Tony Stark using a public phone down the street. Hopefully she's ok. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if something happened to her

Peter's POV
We have her location and we're down the street. I feel the blood pumping through my veins the closer we get. Being the only one who can fit through the opening in the sewer I shimmy through

"Stark, I need you to wake up for me" I shake her "we're here to rescue you. You're coming home"
