Summary: During her birthday Yujin only needs her girlfriend to be fully happy.

3rd's POV

There were moments where you wondered how was Yujin so strong when it came to keeping you close to her.

And it was one of them.

It was Yujin's birthday today and you woke up in her bed at IVE's dorms. The girls invited you over to spend some time together and because it got late and the next day were Yujin's birthday, she told you to just sleep here.

You planned to go make some breakfast for Yujin and the girls but unfortunately for you Yujin wasn't planning on letting you go any time soon, she made sure that her grip on you made it clear.

"Baby~ Stayyyyy" Yujin whined softly because of how tired she still was making you coo at how cute she was. You let her pull you even closer while cuddling back into her chest earning a content sigh from her.

"Good" She mumbled and slowly fell back asleep while you played softly with her hair.

Around an hour later you somehow managed to slip out of your girlfriend's arms before making your way to the kitchen and cooking some food for the girls who just like their leader decided to sleep longer. They worked hard enough to be able to do that on their day off after all.

When you were singing and dancing softly to After Like while cooking, you didn't noticed another presence until you felt a pair of arms around you and a head on your shoulder. A familiar scent and warmth enveloped you and the happiness that you always felt only around one girl took over you.

You turned around while wrapping your arms around Yujin's neck only to be met with her smiling down at you.

You loved that smile.

You furrowed your eyebrows playfully before saying "Why are you so ridiculously tall huh?" Yujin laughed at your words before leaning down and quickly pecking your nose "You're just short baby".

You pouted at her while Yujin only smiled at you sweetly before changing the subject "So, want to tell me why you left me alone in bed on my birthday?".

You turned back around "I'm making you and the rest some breakfast. I wanted to do that because you work so hard to be where you are, figured I'll make you some breakfast so you can relax on your day off" You didn't saw that but Yujin couldn't stop looking at you with the most loving eyes while you explained what you were doing.

She loved you so much.

While you were finishing cooking, Yujin was placing soft and delicate kisses on your neck in a comfortable silence until a groan broke it. Both of you turned your heads to see the rest of the girls looking at you. The one who groaned was Rei who looked at you both with a playful disgust on her face while the rest looked amused.

"You're both so sickly sweet, it's disgusting" Rei said while going to sit down "You're just jealous that Jiwon isn't giving you any kisses. Just confess already you two" Yujin's comment made everyone laugh while Rei only glared at her with Jiwon giggling behind her.

When all of them were sitting at the table you gave them their breakfast, even stealing a quick kiss from your girlfriend earning a big round of appreciation coming your way. During the breakfast all of you talked and joked around feeling incredibly comfortable with each other.

After everyone were done eating you and your girlfriend went on the couch with Yujin pulling you into her arms. Some show played in the background but both of you couldn't care less about it at the moment, too busy with each other.

"We still have the whole day to spend your birthday in the best way so what do you want to do birthday girl?" You asked her softly making Yujin smile more "I just want to rest and hold you for a while longer" She didn't even had to think about it, she already knew what she needed at the moment.

"I'm serious baby" You laughed, cuddling more into her chest. Yujin hugged you tighter and quickly but honestly replied "I'm serious too babe. You're always all I need. As long as I have you, I don't need anything else".

You became silent at her words. A big warmth enveloped your heart and you couldn't believe that this girl was really yours. It was all too good to be true sometimes but it somehow was and Yujin never failed to show you that.

"Well.... I guess we can cuddle more and then maybe go for some ice cream and a walk before my surprise. But only for an hour okay?"

It definitely wasn't an hour but none of you were complaining about it.
