Lapis is a blue Minecraft Ghast. Instead of the nether, he lives in the oceans of the overworld, and has been deemed "King of the Ocean". He built many monuments under the sea and put several guardians down there so that people wouldn't steal the monument's treasures. His fireballs are blue, purple, and gray, like a galaxy.
