It has been a year since Leni announced that she will be running for president and almost 2 weeks after Jorge's interview about her book, The Fourth Robredo Daughter.
Leni will be having a press conference to thank tha Kakampinks for their support especially when she ran for president.
They were having breakfast and Leni was just staring at her food.
"Something wrong, ma?" Aika asked
"Wala naman anak. Hindi lang ako makapaniwala na isang taon na ang nakakalipas magmula noong nag file ako ng COC at napukaw ang volunteerism ng mga tao." Leni told Aika
"It still feels surreal ma no? Naalala ko rin kung paano kami nag-iyakan dahil akala namin huling election na ng family natin noong 2016 but it was a blessing, ma. You are leading this country to the right path." Aika responded
"I remember din po ma how I changed my profile picture na naka-pink ako even though I was apolitical and I haven't known you yet or your accomplishments as VP but when I saw that you were running for president for President, I supported you immediately. I had no idea that I would discover my true identity just by supporting you and your candidacy." Jorge told her mom
Leni held Aika and Jorge's hands and told them
"This day opened a lot of doors for us and it is fitting to thank the supporters and to give back to them. We will let them see na hindi nasayang ang boto nila."
After breakfast, the three of them went to Malacañan for Leni's press conference.
In her press conference, she addressed her people, answered questions from the media and thanked the people for their support especially during the elections.
"Nais ko lamang po ulit magpasalamat sa inyo, sa inyong suporta. Hindi po natapos ang bolunterismo sa halalan, inyo po itong dinala hanggang ngayon lalo na sa inyong suporta sa Angat Buhay at sa Museo ng Pag-asa.
Nagsisimula pa lamang ang ating laban para makamit natin ang isang gobyernong tapat, na mag-aangat sa buhay ng lahat.
Sinamahan po ninyo ako, ngayon, ako naman po ang sasama sa inyo. Tuloy ang ating laban at mabuhay ang sambayanang Pilipino." Leni ended her speech
After the press conference, she was approached by Risa and handed her a bouquet of pink roses.
"It has been a year! Congratulations, my President!" Risa told her
"Thank you, my favorite senator! By the way, dito ka na mag-lunch kasama namin ng mga bata." Leni told her
"Tamang-tama, I also brought ice cream and cake." Risa said
"Sige. Let's go." Leni said and they went to Bahay ng Pagbabago
"Hindi ka talaga kumakain doon sa Malacañan." Risa told her
"Alam mo naman na hindi ako sanay hindi ba? Saka isa pa ang laki-laki ng dining table doon tapos aapat lang tayo. Mas mabuti pa roon sa Bahay ng Pagbabago, good for 8 lang yung table eh doon sa Malacañan akala mo palaging may party." Leni responded and Risa just laughed at her
"Ang simple mo talaga kahit kailan. Ang swerte ng mga Pilipino sa'yo." Risa told her
"Hindi ko dapat sayangin ang boto at suporta nila, Ris. Alam mo yun saka nasanay naman kami ng simple lang. Napakalaki na nga nitong bahay eh saka tatlo lang kami rito. Gusto ko ngang doon lang din sa condo kaso wala naman akong magagawa eh nasa constitution na dapat nasa Malacañan ang pangulo saka alam naman natin na walang nakakaangat sa batas kahit na ang pangulo kaya dapat ring sumunod." Leni explained
"I know Lens and that is one thing that I admire the most about you. Kaya kita mahal na mahal." Risa said and intertwined her fingers with Leni's and they walked towards Bahay ng Pagbabago holding each other hands
"Ayan na naman po ang mga bading." Jorge said
"Tumahimik nga Jorge. Kaya ka iniiwan eh." Aika told her youngest sister
"Grabe ate name-mersonal ka ha. Broken hearted na nga yung tao tapos gaganyanin mo pa." Jorge said and pouted her lips
"Tingnan mo Jorge, ako may Aika, si Anje naman may Aki. Ikaw Jorge? Nasaan ang Astrid mo?" Dea teased her
Jorge just looked at her eldest sister and her bestfriend and then she walked out and went inside her room and cried.
"Ayan, ikaw kasi. Umiyak tuloy." Aika told her girlfriend
"Anong ako? Ikaw kaya nagsimula, love. Kinampihan lang kita." Dea responded
When Leni and Risa entered the dining area, Jorge was nowhere to be found.
"Aika, nasaan ang kapatid mo?" Leni asked Aika who was preparing the table
"Umakyat po sa kwarto niya, ma. Nagtampo kasi inasar namin ni Dea tungkol kay Astrid." Aika responded
"Aika naman. Alam niyo naman kung gaano ka sensitive yang kapatid mo ngayon and you know how devastated she was when she and Astrid parted ways, hindi ba? Huwag niyo na ulit asarin tungkol sa nangyari sa kanila." Leni said and went upstairs to call Jorge
When Leni entered Jorge's room, she saw her laying flat on her face on the bed. She went to her and brushed her hair.
"I know masakit pa rin, anak. I know how you loved Astrid and hindi madali para sa iyo ito at inasar ka pa ng ate mo at ni Dea. You will heal in time, anak." Leni told her youngest daughter
Jorge got up and embraced her mom.
"Thank you, mama." Jorge said
"You're welcome, aki ko. Hali ka na sa baba. Kakain na tayo." Leni said and they went to the dining room to eat
After eating, Leni showed them the pink roses that Risa brought her.
"Look girls, Risa brought me pink roses." Leni said and proudly showed them the pink Ecuadorian roses
"Ang ganda po ma." Aika said
"Sana all consistent and genuine like mama Risa." Jorge said and everyone in the room was silent
Risa held Jorge's hands and said
"Jorge, anak remember this. One day, someone will come into your life and take the risk for you without you asking for it."
"At someday, may darating na tao sa buhay mo upang iparamdam sa iyo na you are worth the risk at ipananalo ka sa huli." Leni added
"Bunso, you deserve someone who is so sure of you. Nakita namin how much you poured love on Astrid. We saw how much you invested your time, effort and feelings for her. If she was not genuine towards you, it is not your fault anymore." Aika added
"Ang importante, keki, nag-risk ka at ginawa mo ang lahat. Kung ganoon ang ugali ni Astrid, hindi mo siya deserve." Dea added
"Thank you po." Jorge just said
A few minutes later, they went to clear the table and washed the plates and Risa and Leni are at the living room.
Leni went to open the note on the roses and was shocked at the message.
"LET'S END THIS?!" the note read
