Mum called a doctors office that has a doctor named Liam Payne he is a doctor for disabled people so I go at 12pm and it's 8am I woke up so I could eat breakfast and brush my teeth my back is still in pain a lot

I laid my head on mum's lap while we watch the news

Hello I am jenny Anderson news reporter of cbs i am here infront of holiday inn let's get a better view to see who is here at this hotel that's got a lot of girls and some boys going crazy

As you can see the person that is walking into the hotel is none other then Louis Tomlinson himself

Hello Mr Tomlinson can you tell us your surprise visit to California in the middle of your tour

Well I am here because management told me that I could go to the hospital to visit all the kids and teens today and sing to them I will be here for a week and a half

After watching that me and mum got up and went to the lobby I stopped in my tracks when I seen my favorite singer Louis Tomlinson

I thought there was two holiday inns here in California I ask mum

We got a taxi and went to the hospital oh this is the children's hospital that Louis is coming too

We went in to the clinic on the first floor and went in and signed some papers and gave it back to the nurse

Harry styles the nurse says

We walk to her and I almost fell down but mum caught me

I get my weight checked and my temp then my blood pressure

I get taken to a colorful room and mum helped me to sit on the exam table

Okay Dr Payne will be in here soon the nice nurse says to us

Knock knock

Come in mum says

Hi Harry I am Dr Payne and I'll be your doctor while your here let's see what's wrong with you

Liam pov.

I have Harry lay on his stomach you see some doctors don't care to do what I'm fixing to do

Okay I am going to put needles in your back and if you can't feel it you won't scream but if you do tell me

Okay Harry says

I have my nurse help me put the needles in his back

What is this suppose to do Harry's mum ask me

It will help me figure out what's wrong with your son

I stick the first needle in his back he doesnt flinch one bit

We put ten needles in his back

You see your son didn't even flinch when I put the needles in so that tells me something is wrong

These needles are micro needles meaning if I take a inside look in his back I can tell what is wrong with him

I get the wand that goes with the needles and put wires on them and I press a button and it shows up on the screen of the machine

Okay you see this right here on his spine

Yeah Harry's mum says

Okay what ever was there before got broke when Dr hummings nurse popped Harry's back to hard he has weak bones Ms styles

So what does that mean she ask me

It means your son is going paralyzed before your eyes

I take the needles out and the nurse puts cotton and bandaids on the spots where the needles was at

I am going to do a blood sample  to see what else he has and I'll have to keep him here at the hospital so my nurse will take y'all to the third floor where I have my patients at

What's on the second floor Ms styles ask me

It's where Dr Horan's doctor office is at we share the third floor so your good on that part

Anne's pov.

The nurse takes us to the third floor and told another nurse our last name and she takes us to a room where there is another patient is at he has black hair and tanned skin and hazel eyes almost brown

They get Harry in a gown and put a IV in his arm

They have him to sit up in the hospital bed

Hi I'm Zayn Malik I'm glad I have a roommate now I was getting bored being by myself what's your name he ask Harry

I have something wrong with my back that's making me go paralyzed

Oh that's bad I have segmental dystonia and I have ataxia

That's bad Harry says to Zayn

Yeah it is so I can't come over to your bed cause I might fall and break a bone again

Yeah ouch is right  I live in a orphanage so that's why I don't have a parent with me Zayn says

Oh I'm sorry Zayn maybe you will get a family some day
