3rd pov

It was a rainy night flooding even ever single animal was out of the rain except star a pet cat that had wondered out of her home and was now walking soaked in rain.

Stars pov

I walked around the woods drenched in rain hoping I would run back into home but no sign of home anywhere

I found a little shelter that was covered by a few tree limbs.

It's not my cat bed but it's something~ I mutters to myself

I curled up in a bowl and drift in to a uncomfortable sleep~

2 long painful hours later

I woke up to the sound of growling I looked up to see 3 dogs growing at me

~oh looks here is some breakfast~one of them speaks to the others making them laugh in agree

I stood up and sprang out of there as fast as I could but the dog were right on my tail

~come one we just want to play kitty~one of them spoke I just stayed quite

I ran till I bumped into a chest I looked up to another dog and I layed dow accepting my fate I heard the other dog getting closer and felt tears in my eyes

~oh give us the cat rocky~they spoke

But instead he just growled and stood above me

~leave the cat alone~he spoke

The dogs backed down in fear and ran away

I opened my eyes to be face to face with a wolf not a dog that's why they were scares

~pls don't hurt me~i spoke nervous

~im not love now let's get u home~he spoke again grabbed the scruff of my neck

Before long we made it to my home

~home~i yelled happily

~im glad I got u home~the wolf said with a smile

~hey why did u save me I mean it just a wolf and I'ma cat~i asked

~well I was a pet but ran away and ran into a lynx also known as a cat while running away from bigger wolves and I promised to do the same to a animal that needed that~he answers

I smile and think for a second

~why don't u stay with me~i ask

~really~he asks ear parked up

I nod my head

~sure~he says

I go to the door and claw untill my owner opens the door

~star! There u are~she yells and picks me up

~huh who is this girl are u wanting this dog to stay with us~she asks

I cat nod my head

~okay then come here~she speaks.

Time skip

I walked over to rocky and curled against him

~ik ur a dog but I love u~i say embarrassed

~its okay I love u to~rocky speaks with a smile

I nuzzle against him and fall Into a comfortable sleep
