A few days have passed, and you were able to see Austin. You missed him lots and you had discussed with him that he was a son to you. He felt too same about you and Daryl being parents to him. You were able to walk and move around which Daryl had helped you with that, it was a nice change of scenery. Walking around the prison had made you feel better about everything. But the was explosion that had happened, it had knocked you and Daryl down.

"What was that?" Y/n asked.

"No idea." Daryl said, helping you up "Let's find the others."

It was easy to find people, but the worst was to come. The Govenor was alive, and he had an army with him. You, Maggie, and Beth stood close together.

"Rick, come on down!" The Govenor yelled "We should talk!"

"It's not up to me anymore!" Rick yelled back "There's a council now!"

"Is Herschel on that council?!" The Governor said, brining him out "How about Michonne?!"

He had brought her out to, Rick looked over at the girls before making his way down. It worried you, because this was bigger than what you knew. You father and friend were down there and could be killed at any second. The man was not a sensible one and you knew that, just hoped that everyone would be alright.

"Here." Daryl said, handing you all a gun.

You took it, but all you could think of was your father down there. You weren't paying attention to the words when the katana came out and was on Herschel. It scared the hell out of you. Relef filled you as he lowered it, you felt as though you could breathe.

"Liar."

Maggie's screams filled the air as you began shooting. You couldn't speak or scream, a switch was turned in your mind. You watched as Herschel dropped down and the Govenor chopped off his head. And at that point you knew he was dead, and you couldn't help it. They started to move in, you had to find Austin and leave. You helped Maggie and started guiding people to the bus.

"I got to get Beth." Maggie said "And Glenn needs to go."

"I need to find Daryl and Austin." Y/n said, looking at the bus driver "Go, get them out of here."

"What no!" Glenn said "I can't leave you!"

"I'll find you." Maggie said, kissing him "Now go!"

You had left, going to find your family. You took out walkers and the Govenor's people, you didn't care.

"Mom!"

Austin ran straight to you, picking him up you made your way out of the prison. You knew Daryl would be fine on his own or maybe he found some people with him. You just couldn't be there anymore, especially with Austin.

You didn't even realize how far you ran until you dropped to your knees. The only good news is that you were far enough from the prison. You dropped Austin and tried to catch your breath.

"Mom, are you okay?" Austin asked "Are you hurt?"

"I'll be okay, I just need to catch my breath." Y/n said "Are you alright?'

"Yes. We need to find shelter." Austin said "I think there's something over there."

And he was right, a cabin was there. You gotten up and made your way over to it. You beat on the door to make sure that it was clear, when you didn't hear anything from the inside you walked inside. The first thing you did was check the cabinets, the only thing you found was a box of cereal. You grabbed it and gave it to Austin.

"Eat up buddy." Y/n said.

"You should eat also." Austin said.

"I'm alright, not really hungry." Y/n said "Night is coming soon. I want you to eat and then sleep as much as possible."

"What about you?" Austin asked.

"Don't worry."
