It was the next day and G decided to walk D to the cafe. He did this for two reasons. Reason 1; he likes to walk her to the cafe and talk to her. And reason 2; he wants to talk to Bonnie and maybe Charlotte, if she's there, about how to ask D out. He's never ever felt this way for anyone in the Underground nor towards any of the humans that fell into the Underground. He wants to say the right things to D, but he doesn't know how, so he figured if he could get some advice from Bonnie or Charlotte, it could help him.

"G, you ready?" D called out to G from the kitchen, keys in hand to lock the apartment. G ran out of his room with his usual toothy grin.

"Yeah sweetheart, I'm ready." he said with a smirk. This made D blush. Even if she lived with G and his brother Papyrus in the Underground, slept with G because there was no other place to sleep besides the couch, she still falls victim to G's toothy smirk. She shook her head to get rid of the blush, but it was no use, so she just shrugged her shoulders and walked out of the apartment with G following her. "I'll lock the apartment." G said as he held his hand out. D smiled softly and handed him the keys.

He took the keys with a smile and inserted the key into the key hole and locked the apartment. He then handed the keys back to D who placed them in her pocket. They soon walked down the steps and started walking to the cafe. It's not that far of a walk from their apartment to the cafe, so they made small talk on the way, while G was thinking how to talk to D, but he couldn't find the right words. He definitely needs to talk to Bonnie or Charlotte.

G was so lost in thought, he didn't see he was walking into the door of the cafe until he felt it. He made a grunt sound while D giggled. "You okay?" D asked him as she helped him back away from the door.

"Yeah, I'm okay. Thanks for helping me." he told her. She smiled and nodded her head before opening the door.

Bonnie and Charlotte saw what happened and couldn't help but chuckle. "You okay there son?" Bonnie asked G.

"Yeah, I didn't see the door." G said with a chuckle as he rubbed the back of his neck with light red hue dusting his cheek bones.

"Well, as long as you're alright sugar." Bonnie said as she started walking to the door to turn the closed sign to open while D and Charlotte started turning on the lights and get the cafe set up for the day. G decided to pitch in, not wanting the girls to do it all alone. Both Bonnie and Charlotte were confused why G was being extra helpful today, he's always helping around the cafe, but today, he's being more helpful.

"G, honey, could I see you in my office when you finish helping?" Bonnie asked G. G looked over at her and nodded his head before going back to helping the girls. Bonnie's not sure what's going on with G, but she wants to know. Not only did she take a liking to D, but she's also taken a liking to G, she treats them both almost like they were her own kids. So she pretty much notices when something is wrong or not with them.

The girls and I were finally finished setting up the cafe. I always liked helping the girls set up the cafe for the day, but when Bonnie asked me to go to her office, I think she picked up on my behavior. I watched as D and Charlotte headed into the back to put their aprons on while I headed to Bonnie's office. I knocked on the door and heard Bonnie tell me to enter.

I walked into her office and shut the door. "Sit down G." Bonnie told me. I nodded my head and sat down in front of her. "G, I noticed that you were being extra helpful today, not that I don't mind, I appreciate the help, but I couldn't help but notice that something appeared to be on your mind. Would you mind telling me about it?" she asked me.

I nodded my head, "yeah about that, I was hoping to ask you something." I told her.

"Ask me what?" she asked me.

"Okay, so you know that D fell into the Underground and lived with me and my brother before she broke the barrier and now we're living here, it's been a year since then. I noticed I started to feel different around D." I said, I could feel myself begin to grow nervous talking about how I truly feel about D.

"Different how? Is it a good different or a bad different?" Bonnie asked me.

"It's more of a good different. I wasn't sure what it was I was feeling, but now I know what it is." I said.

"And what is it?" she asked me.

"I'm in love with D." I finally said. I saw Bonnie's eyes go wide and she started to smile.

"Oh my goodness, you're in love with D? That's amazing honey, have you told her?" Bonnie asked me.

I looked at her with a sheepish smile, "therein lies the problem, I don't know how to tell her. I've never felt this way before. I want to say the right things to her, but I'm not sure how or what to say to her. That and, I don't want to ruin our friendship." I told her as I looked down at my feet.

I heard her chair creek, causing me to look up and she grabbed my hands. "Honey, I can assure you that you won't ruin your friendship with her, in fact, I can see your friendship turn into a relationship." she told me. I looked at her as my eye sockets grew wide when she said that.

"R-Really?" I asked her.

"I do sugar, but you're not the only one who's told me this. D told me this as well, she's in love with you as well, and she asked me and Charlotte the same thing and we told her to speak from the heart, just as I am telling you. If you want to ask her, try speaking from your heart, what does your heart say?" she asked me.

"It says 'I want to be with D forever, til' the day I die.' It always says that, it's on repeat in my head." I told her.

"Then tell her, but here's some advice on how. First one is, don't ask her in front of people, she's not comfortable with those kinds of things in public. Try taking her to the park, maybe at night when the stars are out. Second; take what your heart says and tell her. And third; if you plan to take her out on a date, make sure to have one in mind. Okay?" she asked me.

I nodded my head, "yes, and thank you for helping me figure what I should say to her." I told her with a smile which she returned.

"It's no problem honey, now, I'm sure D's waiting for you with your usual coffee. Go on." Bonnie said as she urged me out as I chuckled. And sure enough, she was right, D was waiting for me with my coffee order in her hand. I smiled and took my coffee from her and she smiled back. I really love this girl, she's the one for me. She completes me, and I complete her. I promise to never ever break her heart.
