I started to walk slowly towards her, acting like an old woman struggling to carry the basket. I went up to her, "Excuse me, can you help me bring this there?" I tried to make my voice wobbly and sound old as much as I can. I'm trying so hard not to let out a laugh thinking how stupid I look and sound like.
She didn't even notice and began helping me to carry the basket. When she took it from my hand, I struck the nerve at the side of her neck making her dizzy and fell unconscious.
I put back the cloth and basket along with all the stuff I took in the neighborhood before making my way to the northwest part of the Underground. Where Eld Jinn was assigned.
I then spotted the blond man with his hair up, focused on scanning the area. I rolled my eyes as I thought of another lame acting to get his attention and go near him without being suspicious.
I took a bunch of crates and shoved random stuff inside. I carried it all and walked ahead to Eld. I tripped over my foot making me drop everything and I also made myself fall to the ground. Fortunately, I got his attention and he started making his way to me. I sat up and started to act like I was putting everything back inside the crates when he joined and helped me.
I tried to knee strike his chest but to my surprise, he caught it right on time.
"Nice reflexes. I see why you were chosen to be the second-in-command." I say, smirking at him.
He tried to get his flare gun but I kicked it away. He didn't bother getting it back as he started charging at me. I smirked at him. "Finally, someone fun."
He threw a punch straight to my face but I dodged it. I saw an opening to his stomach and struck it with my right knee, making him fall.
He stayed on the floor, curled up. "Oops, too hard?" I asked before kicking him in the back leaving an opening to his neck. I punched him in the face before striking his nerve making him pass out.
"And here I thought I was finally gonna have some fun." I said, rolling my eyes as I pulled him. He could've screamed or something but unfortunately for him, he didn't. Not that he'll get any help from his team anyway. They're too busy... sleeping. I chuckled at my thoughts. "And now, to the main event."
I proceeded to the center of the Underground where my most awaited face off will happen. "How exciting." I say grinning as I walk along the streets. I found my gear under a crate just like Farris promised. I put it on and hooked it at a nearby tower, giving me the best view of my last target.
I honestly wouldn't want to be tangled with their stupid missions since I know I've got better things to do than knock out soldiers at a dark alley. But because they decided to mess with the place I cherish, then they just signed their names at my enemy list.
I settled on a dark side inside the tower. "Well, well, well. Look who we have here." My voice echoed around the place.
Ugh, don't you just love when you sound so powerful and with so much authority? I do.
This caught Levi's attention. He began looking around, trying to find where the voice was coming from. Man, how I love games!
"Who the fuck are you and what do you want?" He asks with a hint of authority in his voice. Such a copycat.
"Oh sweetie, just a nobody." I say moving from one place to another to confuse this midget. "Well, you're definitely smaller than I thought."
"Shut the fuck up, I don't have time for this so fuck off." He says irritated but still stands alert.
"Geez, shorty. Calm your ass down." I say, teasing him a little more. "You're right, we don't have time for this. So why don't you pick up your soldiers and run along? No one asked you to be here."
