Chapter 33

"Ight let's go" I said

We walked down the stair while I helped Willow down

"Um babe this is Amani an Amani this Willow , Willow this is you new nurse to help you around" I said

"Can you stop saying that shit like I'm fucking handicap or sum" Willow said

It was an awkward silence. Amani cleared her chest

"I'm it's nice meeting you Mrs Willow I will be gladly to help you around with things that can be a tad bit to much for you" Amani said with her hand out

"Yeah it's nice meeting you to Amani but please just call me Willow" she said

"Oh my apologies" Amani said

"Well since today is you first day Amani we is about to go over how much you'll be payed and hour and extra stuff" I said

"So I offered 450 and hour seven days out of a week and for 5 hours a day mostly in the evening time when I'm not here" I continued saying

"Yes that would be just fine I really appreciate it" Amani said

(I really don't know how to talk business so let's fast forward)

"Um well I'm bout to head out and y'all have a good one today I'll be back around 8 tonight babe" I said while walking up to Willow and kissing her on her forehead

"Ok I love you" she said

"Love you more" I said

"See you later and again nice meeting you Amani" I said

"Nice meet you to Mr Jahere" she said

I walked out and sigh hopefully this goes good.

I need some business to take care of that really important I hopped in the care heading towards the direction that i need to go to

30 Min later

I pulled up in the drive way and pulled out my phone

"Hello" they said over the phone

"Yeah I'm hear come out" I said

I saw the door open 1 min later and they came and sat in the passenger side

"Come on we ain't got all day hand me the stuff so I can hurry up back in the house before he start suspecting things" they said

I blew out a breath
Back over to Willow House
It's been bout 4 1/2 hours since Jahere has been gone and me an Amani was chopping up until she offered to fixed me something to eat cause she heard my stomach growling. I just don't feel right with have a nurse walking around me and on my back 24/7 but Jahere said it's what best for me and I know he know what's best for me so I just listen to him and go with the flow

"Hey Willow you food ready do you want me to bring it to you or you wanna eat in the kitchen table" Amani said walking out the kitchen

I was currently waking up from my nap

" No I'll eat in the kitchen I'm coming now" I said

I walked to the kitchen and it smelled so good she cooked my favorite steak and mash potatoes

"Mmm Amani it smells so good in here and it look and taste so good"

"Thank you I learned from the best"

"So what made you decide to become a home heath aid" I said while continuing eating this good ass food

" Well my grandma had raised me I never gotten to know my mother or anything just my grandma she told they had gave me up at a young age and they didn't want anything to deal with me and her, my grandma was a hard working women my mother left her while she was struggling for a rich man and didn't think about her own mother or her own child" Amani said while getting teary eyed

I noticed and walked over there an hugged her not knowing what else so do but just let her get it all out

"It's okay look at you know successful so that prove you didn't need your mother cause you have an amazing grandmother , where is she now" I said

"Well she passed away maybe 3 years ago and this really was my dream to become a nurse for the longest I just didn't have the money to start early my grandmother always told me to go ahead and start but I just couldn't leave her alone in that house by here self in that state of sickness so I waiting after she passed she had some money left over saved for me and insurance money I've been going for what her final wishes from me and that was to become a nurse and to this day I smile every time I put this uniform on cause I know that she's looking down on me smiling cause I'm doing what I always wished to become" Amani said smiling

"Wow how tearful I bet she was an amazing grandmother I've never met my grandmother" I said

I heard the doors close so I know it was Jahere

"Hey baby hi Amani" he said while walking around the kitchen counter hugging and kissing me

"Hey love" I said

"Mmm it smell good in here Amani and look good to" he said

"Thank you , Welp it looks like my timing is up I'll see you guy tomorrow thank you" she said

" No thank you" Jahere said while walking her out

" So what y'all been doing since I've been gone"

Outside
Amani POV
I sat in my car and cried thinking about my grandmother me and that lady been through a lot.

I opened my computer and went to the camera app I saw Willow and Jahere watching TV

I looked down on my necklace locket my grandma gave me with a picture of me and her in it and said

"This is for you ima have our revenge" i said while kissing it and closing it

Closing the computer I put it back and drove off thinking off my plan
