10 "WASTED MIND"

"What's bothering you?" Hoshi continued.  Jihoon gave a long weary sigh as he put his guitar down, " Hindi ko ma contact si Ade..." jihoon replied.

Hoshi clicks his tongue as he rolled his eyes and said "I knew it. you've been so distracted ilang araw na. "

" kaya nga... ilang araw ko na din siya di ma contact, i cant reach her number. I went to her apartment even to the shop where she works wala. she's making me damn worried." said jihoon in a low voice so no one could hear them talking about someone else 

" Jihoon know your limit, why are you acting like this now?... " said Hoshi.  Hindi nakapagsalita si jihoon after what just Hoshi said to him, and he simply look away from him. 

Meanwhile jihoon's phone notified, agad naman niya ito tiningnan and received a text message from an unknown number, when he read the message bigla siya nagulat at agad napa tayo, " What happened?" tanong ni hoshi at napatayo din .

" aalis muna ako saglit...", paalis na sana si jihoon pero pinigilan siya ni hoshi , " saan ka na naman pupunta?" tanong ni Hoshi habang naka harang sa harap ni Jihoon 

"I received a message from Ade's friend, ade was at the convenience store drunk I have to fetch her." sabi ni jihoon, pero hindi pa rin ito pinaalis ni Hoshi , " Are you out of your mind?! what if it's just some sort of a scam?! " said Hoshi as he was trying to convince him to stay.  Jihoon suddenly paused for a moment and thinking,  but he was so eager to see Ade, " bahala na..." he said and gently move Hoshi out of his way and left the rooftop.  Hoshi was thinking while watching jihoon running towards the exit, and suddenly decided to follow him and shouted, "I'm coming with you just in case..." , hindi na umangal si jihoon kay Hoshi dahil nagmamadali na itong umalis.

Nakiusap si Hoshi sa driver nila, na samahan sila umalis saglit and without any hesitation their driver  nodded and accepted their request since it was still early, kaya agad sila pumunta sa location na binigay ni Claire.

Their travel only took 10 minutes, yung condo kasi na stini-stayhan ay malapit lang sa store  . Pagdating nila sa location agad ako hinanap ni jihoon but he still stays in the car, and also he was  being careful since madami ang tao nag tatambay sa store, and this is why sinamahan talaga siya ni hoshi, dahil alam ni hoshi maraming nag tatambay sa store na yun aside from nasa highway din ang store, mahirap na kong siya lang yung mag isa ayaw nya na mapagalitan ulit si Jihoon . 

"sh*t ang daming tao..." Hoshi mumbled. " did you see her?" he added as he turned his head to jihoon. it took a couple of minutes to see Ade and when he already saw her, agad siya nag soot ng hoodie, wear his mask on and immediately opens the door and went out of the car, - Hoshi did the same thing and followed him right away.

Agad lumapit sa akin si Jihoon , i was laying my head on the table, umupo at tumabi sa akin si   jihoon and he gently wake me up tapping my cheek, " Ade.... Adee gising... its me, jihoon." he said softly,  i simply murmured at kahit anong lapit ng tenga nya sa bibig ko wala syang maintindihan,  "Is that her??" asked hoshi. Jihoon simply nodded as he continue to wake me up.

"Kaya pa ba niyang tumayo?" Hoshi added

"Ade... can you stand up? ihahatid ka namin sa apartment mo" said Jihoon as he help me stood up . I  simply nodded, agad ako pinatayo ni Jihoon at sa tulong din ng kaibigan niyang si Hoshi .  Jihoon  let me  hugged him by wrapping my arms around his body , and jihoon  wrapped his arm around my shoulder to support my balance and we slowly walk back towards the car. Si hoshi na  yung nag dala ng backpack ko at napansin niya na may helmet nakalapag sa mesa , kaya hindi siya nagdadalawang isip bitbitin  ito.

" May helmet siyang dala... may motor ba siya? " Tanong ni Hoshi habang nilagay ang backpack sa loob ng kotse .

"Sh*t , i think she was riding a scooter" jihoon replied after niya ako pinaupo ng maayos.

"Ako nalang mag mamaneho sa scooter niya hanapin mo yung susi" sabi ni  hosh. agad naman hinanap ni jihoon yung susi sa backpack ko, at inabot kaagad ni hoshi ng nahanap na nya ito at " eto.... by the way yan yung scooter niya " sabi ni Jihoon habang tinuturo niya kong saan naka park scooter ko .

" Okay.. mauna na kayo susunod lang ako" sabi ni Hoshi at agad umalis, Sumakay na din kaagad si jihoon sa kotse at binigay ang address ko  sa driver . While they were still on the road, pinahiga ako  ni jihoon sa balikat niya habang hinahawakan ang mukha ko  para hindi mahulog whenever may madadaanan kaming bumpy road.

Pagdating namin sa lugar ko ,  dahan- dahan ako  pinababa ni jihoon, nakasunod naman din ka agad si hoshi sa amin at agad niya ito epinark yung scooter  infront of my apartment.  Binitbit na din ni jihoon yung backpack ko , " kaya mo ba mag isa?. samahan na kita" said hoshi, but jihoon refused his help , "ako na, dont bother, hintayin mo na lang ako sa kotse" he said and immediately took me upstairs.  

When we arrived  in front of  my unit,  he immediately asked for my code  inorder to open my door. Luckily narinig ko naman sya and so i gave him my passcode  "its 0896...",  and when it opens agad kami pumasok at dahan-dahan ako pinahiga ni Jihoon sa kama ko . 

Jihoon took a breathe when he safely took me home.  Napatingin siya sa paligid sa loob ng unit ko, at nakita niya ang mga portraits na painting ko ,  isa- isa niya itong nilapitan  para tingnan ng mabuti, he chuckle softly as he was amazed by my art. 

After that he went to the bathroom at kumuha ng maliit na face towel from my cabinet,  binasa niya ito at ipinunas niya sa kamay, braso at ulo ko para mahimasmasan from getting drunk. 

 Afterawhile,  hinawakan  ko yung kamay ni Jihoon and said in a lousy voice , " hanggang kailan kayo dito mag s-stay sa pinas?", nagulat at naguluhan si jihoon sa aking nasabi   so he had to ask me again  to clarify, "what do you mean by that?" , but unfortunately  hindi na ako sumagot at nakatulog na at hindi ko na alam kong anong nangyari pagkatpos nun .

Bigla nakaramdam  ng kaba si jihoon sa sinabi ni ade sa kanya, and later on he then realized that Ade already knew who he really is , and thought maybe that's the reason bakit hindi niya ma contact at makita si Ade because she was intentionally avoiding him,-  at higit sa lahat he then realized why did her friend contacted him and address him as woozi... 

"So... you knew already?" he whispered and took a deep breath. He wanted to stay longer but Hoshi called him on the phone and told him they should be back at the condo dahil pabalik na daw yung manager nila from the meeting, he had no choice but to leave, but before he left, he gently fixed ade's hair and said, "I'll see you again and let's talk about this soon...". 

After that agad sila umalis at bumalik sa condo as fast as they can,  pero habang bumabyahe napaisip si jihoon tungkol kay Ade at kong anong nararamdaman niya when she founds out about him.
