we grabbed our stuff, we hurts through the doors to an abandoned building and we off. Racing each other down the halls, up the stairs, climbing up abandoned elevator shafts, just to see who can finish life first. As if it was planned we bursts through the doors opposite each other and finally made it to the roof.
I stood there looking at Cal, we were both panting, sweating and exhaling so loud someone on the moon could hear it.
But... we weren't done yet.
We ran and jump from roof top to roof top and I could see Calum a little bit further in front, Cal is definetly the more athletic one I'm more of the 'brains' and I don't mind without each other we wouldn't be this far into our mission without each other. We made it to the last roof top, the roof top of our HQ and we had to catch our breath back.
I exited the roof after Calum and we slowly paced down the stairs to our room to get everything ready for tonight. The room was quiet.
"So?" Calum said breaking the near silence, "are you ready?" "yes, but you know we can't fall in love, right?"
"yes Michael I know!" Calum snapped back. "sorry for snapping, it's just that we do this mission for them,we get to live a normal life but the catch is we can't fall in love, what is this mission going to prove?" "we have to wait and see" I chuckled trying to lighten the mood. "fuck you" he lightly chuckled back.
We arrived at the night club for a relaxing kind of night and Calum had girls around him once again but he can't fall in love and i can see how angry he is in his eyes, I don't want him to fail, it's easy for me not to fall in love no birds come my way, they all go to Calum but I understand this mission, but I don't know if Cal does.
