He leans in closer and my breath hitches as I feel my heart beat speed up.

"What are you doing?" I whisper wanting to touch him. Not like that but like touch his chest or something like in those romance movies.

"You never answered my question the last time we trained" he says quietly and stops when our faces are less then an inch apart. I swallow hard.

"What question" I ask playing dumb.

His lips turn into a smirk, my eyes linger on his lips longer then I know they should

"do you want a kiss Davis?" He asks and my eyes snap to him. Yes.

"No"

"Sad. I do" he says and I hold my breath as my heart speeds up even more. What? Did he just say he wants to kiss me? Or just a kiss from someone else? Or from me? I hope it's from me...- I hope so too babes. NOW JUST LEAN IN AND KISS THE DAMN HOTTIE

"What?" I ask not believing what the hell is going on here.

"Do you want to kiss me?" He asks and I look behind him not wanting to make eye contact, yes. Yes I do.

I close my eyes, "I'm dead" I whisper before falling back onto the bed.

He chuckles and his hands go back to my waist before he yanks me back up, this is so hottie Ares.

"Ma'am, that could have hurt me" I glare, fake of course. His smirk returns and he leans in again

I feel heat rise to my cheeks as he leans even closer, my eyes are on his lips and I quickly look up to his on mine as we both lean in slowly.

My eyes shut when I feel his lips brushing against mine. But before anything could happen the door swings open.

"Hurry-holy cows" Nico says and my eyes snap open before widening and I push Ares away causing him to trip almost busting his ass. I chuckle lightly and mouth the words 'sorry'

"DAYUM BELS GET IT" Eve wiggles her eyebrows and I send her a glare as Ares sends a smirking Nico one.

I grab my phone and stand from the bed.

"Rose was calling me" I lie before running down the stairs. Damn, almost actually did that.

I run into the kitchen and see Rose look up from her phone with a raised eyebrow. I wave her off

"I was running after the dog." I say grabbing a bottle of water. She chuckles shaking her head and I smile at the fact I made her laugh. Gosh, I love making people smile and laugh. It makes me so happy.

"Are you going with us?" I ask and she shakes her head

"Can't dear, I have to go get some info from some mole" she says and I hum.

How? My eyes fall to her arm and my eyes widen when I see the full sleeve of tattoos, woah. I mean Rose is a pretty woman, tall, skinny, beautiful body with a even prettier heart. Dark hair like Ares. Sharp face features I wish I had. Long Eyelashes. Any man would be lucky to have Rose in their life. I wonder and hope that's what I look like when I'm her age.

Awe shucks. Well it's a good thing I guess.

"Those are cool" I point to her tattoos as I take another sip of my water, she smiles.

"Thanks, hurt like a bitch though" she says and I chuckle a bit, yeah I could imagine...

"How old were you when you got your first one?" I ask leaning on the island as she sighs thinking,

"I think when I was 15" she replies and I nod, "And once I got one I couldn't stop" she shrugs and I look at her nodding.

She's so cool.

But before I could take another swing of my vodka, also known as my water bottle it's grabbed out of my hands and I look beside me to see Ares take a huge sip. I roll my eyes and turn back to Rose who is now looking between me and Ares with clear shock written on her face. I know right! He's such an ass for taking MY water.

She clears her throat and sits up straight as I yank my water from Ares's hold, my eyes fall to the empty bottle and I narrow my eyes at him as he just smirks.

"ROSE, IMMA MURDER NICO. HOLD ME BACK" Eve yells from upstairs and I hear her mutter a 'oh shit' before she gets up and runs off. Oh well. I hope Nico doesn't die. I like him, he's nice.

"I was thirsty" he whispers with his smirk and my eyebrows furrow. Processing. Processing. Proessin-OH MY JOLLY, that sounded like something santa would say. DON'T BRING NICK INTO THIS HOE.

My eyes snap to his and he winks at me before sitting on the stool, Ares is not Ares. He's being so nice to everyone. It's kinda scary really...

I sigh and turn to the fridge waiting for Nico and Eve to be done whatever they-that sounds dirty.

I grab some Apple juice and place it on the counter before closing the fridge with my hip, I go to the cabinets as I hear a man approach us. Sadly not C.

I ignore him and Ares talking but when I look back with my glass in my hand I see Ares glaring at the man and the guy standing there like he's about to piss his pants. So mean.

I sigh and grab another glass before pouring some Apple juice in them both, I slide the glass down to the guy.

"Here, drink some Apple juice" I say and he smiles at me. When he goes to grab it he suddenly stops when Ares talks.

"Take it and I will cut your hands off, go and do what I told you now. I'll be there after breakfast" He says and the man swallows hard before running off.

"You're so mean" I mutter grabbing the other glass, well more for me I guess.

He picks up his phone checking it before turning it off again, I feel a small blush rise to my cheeks as I sip on the amazing apple juice.

I think, I like it? So greedy and confusing

"Are you blushing Davis?" He teases and I look up at him to see a smile on his lips,

"Why are you so mean?" I ask not answering his teasing question as he sighs.

"Why are you so nice?" he asks and I roll my eyes at him.

"Davis, it's not good to be too nice" he says and I shrug.

"Maybe it is, you just wouldn't know since you don't have a heart"
