Olivia woke up in the morning at feeling Elvis unravel his arms from around her and Priscilla getting up from the bed. It felt unreal to her that she was at Graceland laying in bed with her dad. Life felt amazing. She yawned and stretched her arms out before rubbing her eyes to try and wake up for she wasn't much of a morning person. Elvis kissed her softly on the cheek before standing up and running a hand through his messy bed head. He went to the nursery to check on Lisa Marie, leaving Olivia with Priscilla who was getting ready for the day

Priscilla was doing her hair and make up, sitting at her small desk where she kept all of her make up products and such. She glanced at Olivia in the mirror though continued with what she was doing. The awkward tension in the air made Olivia feel very uncomfortable so she went downstairs to the kitchen to leave Priscilla to herself and away from the woman who obviously despised her. Mary had cooked some scrambled eggs and three pieces of bacon for the young Presley child's breakfast which Olivia thought was out of this world. Elvis knew how to pick a cook. She glanced over her shoulder at hearing someone come down the stairs and saw Elvis rush to the front door, Priscilla followed closely behind him. "Honey, slow down before you trip and fall." She said

"I don't want to keep the guys waiting, the Colonel said I have to get to the studio soon to film some scenes for Live A Little, Love A Little." He looked impatiently at the watch on his wrist and huffed in annoyance. "Goddamn it! I gotta go find them." He muttered to himself and jogged over to a golf cart that was in front of one of his Rolls Royce cars and hopped in, starting it up and driving off to go find his posse

Olivia walked outside to the the front steps where she saw a fat older man wearing a hat and holding a cane. The Colonel. He met her gaze and narrowed his bushy eyebrows in disapproval. "So, you're the problem child I've heard about. Why don't you go play with the horses while I have business to attend with your father. I'll deal with you later."

"How much later? Mr. Presley wanted to take me shopping later." Olivia said

The Colonel tightened his lips and exhaled sharply. "I'm afraid he's got lots of work to do today and won't be able to take you on a silly little shopping trip. This is far more important."

It was as though the Colonel was deliberately trying to keep Elvis away from Olivia by how the big old gorilla was acting. He may have had Elvis fooled but she wasn't. And it was time for that money hungry geezer to hit the curb

"Mr. Presley does not have time to take care of you child. I know what's best for my boy."

"You only know what's best for you! You're just using my dad!"

There was a sinister look in the Colonel's eyes and Olivia felt uneasy. "I have no idea what you're talking about, little girl." He smirked

Olivia knew she couldn't let the Colonel get to her and narrowed her eyes, staring up at him. "You don't scare me. You're all talk and no action."

The Colonel stammered and gripped his cane in anger. He had enough of this brat and grabbed Olivia by her straight light blonde hair, ignoring her cries of pain as he dragged her down the driveway to the gate. "Stop! You're hurting me!" Olivia cried out and tried to pry his sausage fingers out of her now tangled hair. They were just a few feet away from the gate when a golf cart drove out in front of the old man and stopped, blocking the way

"Colonel! Get your filthy hands off of her!" Elvis glared daggers at his manager from where he sat. The Colonel wasted no time in doing so, he knew Elvis was pissed by his voice. Elvis had a southern accent but it really came out when he was mad enough

Olivia ran to her dad who had gotten up out of the golf cart and walked around to the other side, kneeling down and embracing his daughter. "You ok?"

"I am now." Olivia said
