Eden's POV. Present Time, July 9, 2022
"Eddie! Wake up! Wake up! It's your birthday!" 18-year-old Harry screamed at her best friend who was still half asleep in her bed.
"Go away H, it's too early" Eden mumbled as she turned sideways, her back facing Harry. She was wrapped around her fluffy blanket like a burrito, too comfortable to even think of moving out of her bed, even if it was her birthday.
"But it is already 9 am! We need to start celebrating right now! This may be your last birthday as a normal person Eddie! This day has to be remarkable!" Harry said as he walked towards his best friend and took the blankets off her.
"HEYYYYY! STOP!" Eden screamed at Harry as she covered her eyes from the sudden light change. "I'm only turning 15 H, no big deal," She said nonchalantly.
"Are you freaking kidding me Eds?! By next year you will be a pop star! And I can't have you forgetting about your normal nonfamous friends, aka me. Today has to be the best day ever so that you will always remember how much you value our friendship and still love me when you are friends with Rihanna!" Harry told Eden, and then he threw himself at Eden's bed, doing it with so much force that Eden flew out of her bed and right into the floor with a loud thump.
That was Eden's last straw. She's not usually an impatient person, but today Harry was extra annoying. It was also extremely early for Eden's liking. No one wanted to wake up at 9 am, especially on their birthdays.
"I'M GOING TO KILL YOU HARRY!" Eden shouted as she stood up and launched herself at him. They both fell back to the bed, Eden attacking the boy. She punched him in the stomach, pinched his leg, and even tried to twist his arm. She thought she was doing a great job fighting her best friend, but in reality, Harry did not feel any pain. He was laughing. Loud cackles leaving his body. That only maddened Eden even more.
"Stop laughing! I'm supposed to be scaring you!" Eden said. She was about to give up when suddenly an idea crossed her mind. "Well... I know what's going to actually torture you" She added with a little smirk on her face.
Harry looked at her confused. But then he felt a little tickle in his stomach, and another one, and another one. Soon his entire body was being attacked by strong tickles. "Eden, s-s-stop!" He tried his best to say, it was difficult to talk when he couldn't even stop laughing.
