This lesson is going to be more opinionated than the other ones.
I define popular as being well liked in any group or category that tends to be specific. Ex; That girl is popular at my school.
I define famous as being know in a large group of people and it's not always good. If it's famous in a bad way it would be called infamy.
Ex; That criminal is infamous. Kim Kardashian is famous.
