Chapter 23 (S3)

Venelana: "You sound so different Akeno, I'm so delighted to meet all your new friends, I'm Rias's mum Venelana Gremory"

Y/N looks over at Issei noticing his pervy face he summons a portal below him making him vanish from sight

Venelana: "Excuse me but are you Y/N L/N by chance?"

Y/N: "That I am, sorry I haven't had the chance to meet you especially since your daughter and I are dating"

Venelana: "So the rumors of you and Rias dating are true, I'm glad but I do believe it's time for dinner, Rias dear can you show everyone the way?"

Rias: "Yes mum"

As the group is following Rias, Cynthia appears next to Y/N through a purple portal

Y/N: "Cynthia where did you go?"

Cynthia: "After you finished your obliteration of Tannin's leg Palkia summoned me"

Y/N: "I see I wonder what he wanted"

Cynthia: "You'll find out tomorrow, but I'm sure you'll be excited"

Rias leads the ORC through another corridor and a few more doors before they enter a large room with a very large dining table, everyone takes their seats with Zeoticus sitting at the head of the table his wife Venelana sitting next to him with Rias next to her followed by Y/N then Issei who looked pale and had a new change of clothes on him

Y/N looks to his right and notices everyone who had been at the Gremory house last year were eating perfectly while the rest of everyone were questioning the 3 forks and 4 knives, Y/N himself had no idea when it came to royal table manners so he too joined the confusion that the rest of the table was giving off

Issei: "What's wrong with you Gasper?"

Gasper: "Eating in front of so many people in such a large room is freaking me out I can't even taste what I'm putting in my mouth right now!"

Zeoticus: "I've been meaning to ask you Y/N, tell me how are your parents doing?"

Y/N: "They're going well thanks, the new house is amazing for them with all the extra space and the company for my mum now that Issei's parents are there as well as the rest of us"

Zeoticus: "I'm happy they're enjoying it, although the castle I proposed originally would've been much nicer"

Y/N: "A castle aye? that would've been very nice I do agree"

Rias: "Father I explained you cannot force our culture onto others!"

Y/N: "But castles are cool!"

Zeoticus: "I agree with you Y/N, but they really could've used those 50 maids but Rias put her foot down yet again"

Y/N: "I agree with Rias's there due to Issei living there, and Issei plus 50 maids won't go well"

Zeoticus: "And one last thing Y/N"

Y/N: "Yes?"

Zeoticus: "You're apart of this family now, I want you to think of me as your own father"

Venelana: "Darling your actions are premature, there is an order to these things that must be followed"

Rias stands up abruptly with her face matching the colour of her hair

Rias: "Honestly you two you're killing me!!"

Rias storms out of the room with Y/N following after her to try and calm her down as Y/N makes it to Rias's room he finds that his one suitcase was inside Rias's room, he also finds Rias laying on her bed with her head buried in her pillow to hide her embarressment
