This takes place after Kikyo's death. But Inuyasha didn't get pinned by Kikyo's arrow. Therefore, he does not have a curse on him. Inuyasha is devastated that his lover has passed and that he couldn't die with her. So his big brother, Sessomeru, is annoyed that he won't get over her.
Side Note: I'm sorry if the characters on exactly on point. Like Sessomeru being "gushy mushy" towards InuYasha. I really doubt that that would happen....anyways enjoy. "Inuyasha quit sulking around" Even though Kikyo, a mere mortal, died, doesn't mean he needs to be upset all the time. Inuyasha gets up and starts to walk towards me. Why would he want to fight after one's death. He's such an imbecile.

InuYasha tried to get up but he couldn't. Sesshomaru was holding him down. "Let me go!" As Inuyasha got up he felt something. "Ahh!" For the first time ever, Sesshomaru blushed.
