The young man's mind has a mind of its own
Filled with toxicity all around him listening to stories from the trenches
One day, there's Happiness, the next, there's despair
It is quite clear that his feelings at this point are beyond repair
Gather him with more people, I bet his feelings don't change
Put him in an empty space, and it will show his reflection
Reprimand all you want, the exclamations went right in his head
Be mad all you want, but all the aggression that has increased
Is absolute bonkers. May the young man find what he's looking for
Lack of patience and having trust issues are at least his main problem.
Even loved ones are quick enough to question his intelligence
Even the people who barely know him have their doubts
that he'll make it out alive, why not, he has a guardian angel
As his thoughts track back once more, not a single memory of people
appreciating his presence comes to mind
Lonelier by the minute, he seems to be losing his mind
Don't feel ashamed by the breakdowns
Very difficult to act like rainbows but deep down, it's just demons
Don't bother, but don't come to him when it's too late
As his grave hatches down the ground, the tears you shed must be real.
