A new copy of a game Frisk suggested to Papyrus just arrived, although, its not what he expected from it...nor what he would've wanted, but, might as well treat the new (but odd) guest with kindness unlike Sans has so far!

Powers (both forms): Code manipulation, code transfer, game transfer, puppet strings, puppets themselves, multiple vessels to use (mainly uses sonic though), many torture methods.
Fun Facts (for this story and this story only): He usually talks in glitched text but I don't do that, so just pretend he is talking in glitched text. also he likes bringing his puppets out to scare Sans, mainly Disasemballer. HEAVILY dislikes Fatal Prime, to the point he protects Papyrus and Sans from her.
