Ah, the prince of Briar Valley. He was confused when all of these strange terms began surfacing, but Lilia helped guide faer through it all.
He's come to realize that he's never felt any sort of romantic or sexual attraction to anyone in his life, making faer aroace, but it saddens him slightly knowing that he won't experience romantic love, especially with how much people around him have emphasized it.
He'll still go through with getting married and producing an heir for the sake of Briar Valley and fae plans on treasuring his future family, but he worries that it will all fall apart for his lack of romantic feelings.
Once Lilia taught him about queerplatonic relationships, he knew that he wanted one. Fae wanted to feel a closeness that was greater than that of a friend but different from that of family or of a romantic partner, and knowing that others wanted the same thing lifted a weight off of his shoulders. Maybe the future of Briar Valley won't be so grim, after all.
