I'm definitely not saying this because he's so feminine looking, but there's a reason why he gets so offended when people refer to him as a girl and think of him as delicate.
Contrary to Riddle, he's a transman. He's straight and wants to fit the typical male stereotype. He hates it when Vil tries to make him look cuter since it reminds him of when he didn't know he was a boy, but he's trying to push past gender norms. He still much prefers presenting as a masculine male, though.
