RΣIGΠ ❪ hangul: 래인 ❫, known simply as REIGN or abbreviated as REI, is a kpop girl group and the first act to debut under newday music. previously named daydream, the group first debuted with the single album ' love trouble ' and a 5-member lineup in 2014, but six months later, one was put in hiatus, leaving only four girls. they re-debuted in 2016 with the single album ' final: the end ' and the same lineup, though they still promoted as 4 for almost five years due to member lunna remaining on hiatus. in january 2021, lunna resumed activities with the group and in august, they announced a new member would be added. the current lineup consists of naomi, lunna, athena, sylvie, ether and nova.
