Queen Cloud became queen at only 7 years old! Her mother was very old, and gave up the throne to her. She has no sisters, living an open and unbothered life until the GulfWing tribe was found, and some were "allowed by their queen" on HER land, so now, she's getting pissy at the GulfWings.
Queen Cloud is a minty green dragon with dark teal swirls lining her body, she has a dark blue body stripe, and a ice blue underbelly. She has long spikes of medulla teal, but her eyes are a mocha hazeline. Her protective scales are a mint blue. She wears her crown, ring, and earring proudly, she's also keeping a Animus with her, a rule against the law, no remorse for it she still has the Animus, Regal. She also has ink stains on her claws, shes constantly writing. As a dragonet, I'd think she would have (voice suggestions?), and as an adult, Queen Scarlets voice (this takes place WAYYY AFTER Queen Scarlet and the Dragonets)
