Invader Zim A.K.A. ZIM (invader zim)
Zim is one craziest aliens of his home plant known as the Irken race, he wanted to go on a mission to conquering the galaxy and the planet's destruction. But to do so, he needed to visit the Almighty Tallest of the red and purple to see if he can choose a planet to either destroy or conquer. So the Almighty tallest trick him into going to a planet called Earth and thought he was going to die there. But in earth, Zim manage to survive along with his trusty robot name Gir who was disguised as a dog and was pretty derpy. Together they been learning more about Earth and figure out how to conquer everything, but was being spied on his arch enemy known as Dib, together they been enemies at each other throat and still are today in the new movie that just came out as the comeback in Netflix. Zim of course will be getting a new power up even though he's a clearly an evil crazy genius.
Basically he made so many inventions that can easily can be use to disguise himself as human or can be use to conquering earth in so many ways. He can regenerate a lot when it comes to bruises and fall damage making himself invincible, but not many times. He even created the Florpus which teleported earth to another dimension, but was ruined when Dib and his father manage to stop him. He too will probably make a new power up form in an upcoming battle with Dib and to finally finish this rivalry battle once and for all. Since Dib was shown to have new powers, he too will step up for a big opening of his villain final form.

Origin: This happen during his greatest project and destruction plan known as the Florpus. His plans is ruined when
Dib, Gaz, and their father comes in to take Mini moose which was clearly his most powerful invention to bring earth back to it's normal place. Zim may have failed for his last chance of conquering earth, but however he decided that he needed a new change. To take over earth, he would need to take down Dib since he knew he was the greater threat. Soon, he build some of the parts and added new upgrade to his suits which gives him more power. He will face Dib again and this time, he has a new battle suit which was shown to be his ultimate work yet to be made. He now has all the abilities like shooting laser blasters, explosion bombs, and also a cosmic energy sword. This will be Dib's most greatest battle ever and will fight him with everything he has. The armor of course has the process of Zim's abilities of regeneration, but in case this happen, Kim placed nanotechnology into his body to keep up with his stamina making him a super alien fighter and with his supreme intelligence, he is able to sue every weapon he can use to fight against Dib, but of course Dib too will have a new form to fight and this may be the greatest battle yet!
