-Billy Hargrove POV-

"Papa" she whispered when I lifted her up again, she sounded scared... "I'm sorry"
"Come on, Trish" I said, I was silently begging her to open her eyes.
"Oh my God!" a woman yelled when we got inside the house. "What happened to her?"

"Another epileptic attack, mom" said Trisha's little brother.
"Where's her room?" I asked.
"I'll show you" said the kid and showed me the way.

Her room was empty, like she was still decorating it...
"Papa" she said. "Don't hurt sister. Please"
"Hey, Trish" I said and touched her face. "Wake up, you're safe now"

I don't know what came over me or why I was even here. I was on my way for a hot date, but all those plans were thrown out the moment I saw her.
A girl I barely know. A girl who doesn't understand when someone's flirting with her. A girl who hasn't shown any interest to sleep with me. Why was I even here?

"Billy?" she whispered and it got me out of my head.
"Hey, sleeping beauty" I said. "How're you feeling?"
"My head" she said. "It hurts"

"I got some wet towels to clean the blood" said the kid.
"Dustin" she said and smiled.
"T! You're awake" he said and hugged her.

"Sorry" she said.
"Do you have some pain medication?" I asked the kid, Dustin.
"Yeah, in the bathroom" he said and I left the room.

I saw lots of pictures in the house, but none of Trisha...
'What the hell is going on?'
When I found the medication and came back, her face was clean again.

"Here you go, this should help against the headache" I said and gave the bottle of pills to her.
"Thank you, Billy" she said. "Dustin tells me you brought me home again"
"No problem" I said. "See you later"

"Young man" said the woman before I left the house.
"Ma'am" I said.
"Thank you, for bringing her home" she said.

"Can I ask you something?" I asked and she nodded. "Why aren't there any pictures of Trisha here?"
"She has only started living with us a little year ago" she said. "And she hates photographs, so she never lets us take one of her"

"She's adopted?" I asked and she nodded.
"Best decision of my life" she said proudly.
"Billy!" shouted Trisha and she ran downstairs.

"You should rest, idiot!" I shouted and she just smiled.
"Let me walk you out" she said and grabbed my hand.
Her hand was so small in mine...

We went outside of her house and she turned around to look at me.
"I'm sorry to have disturbed your plans" she said.
"Oh, I had nothing special planned" I said.

"I'm... I'm really grateful" she said slowly. "And sorry if I said anything weird"
"You didn't" I reassured her, I knew better than to ask about her past. I hated it when people ask about mine.
She walked closer and stood on her toes to kiss my cheek.

"As a thank you" she said. "See you tomorrow, Billy!"
She walked back into the house and I just stood there.
My cheek felt like it was on fire, and I just had the biggest grins on my face.

-003/Trisha Henderson POV-

I put on a long sweater, so it covered my tattoo.
I went to school, Nancy was still gone...
And I was alone, watching basketball practice.

I was studying English, since I was still struggling.
I saw Billy challenging Steve, they really couldn't get along. And Billy was kind of acting mean again. He just confuses me...
When the boys were out of the shower, Steve came to me, looking angry...

"What the hell, Trisha?!" he yelled and I flinched. "I thought we told you to stay away from that guy?!"
"Don't yell at me!" I screamed and covered my ears, I could feel the tears growing in my eyes. I had trouble making friends, I had trouble letting people in, after what Papa did to me... so it really scared me when people I cared about yell at me.

"Why don't you ever listen to what we say?!" he kept yelling. "Jeez! Are you really this stupid?!"
That was it.
That was the line, the tears rolled down my cheeks.

"Hey! Harrington!" yelled Billy. "What the hell?!"
I grabbed my bags and ran out of the hall.
"Trish!" shouted Billy.

I ran away, but Billy was faster.
He grabbed my arm and I snapped.
"Let me go!" I screamed and he released me.

"Hey" he said calmly. "I would never hurt you"
I held my wrist closely to me and he held his hands up to show he wouldn't hurt me.
"Just calm down" he said. "What happened?"

"Nothing" I said and dried my tears.
"That's bullshit, Trish" he said and came closer again. "What did that idiot say to you? Did he hurt you?"
"No" I said. "It is nothing. Just leave me alone for now, Billy. Please"
I walked away from school, skipping the rest of the day.

I went to search for my sister. I knew she was out there somewhere. I just needed to find her.
It was getting darker and darker... but I just didn't want to go home.
I had been looking all day for Eleven...

-Third Person POV-

Trisha Henderson was walking at the side of the road, her gifts reaching out all over to search for her sister.
A car approached her and the driver hit the brakes.
"Hey, Trish!" Billy got out of the car and grabbed her hand. "You're freezing"

He quickly got a sweater out of his car and pulled it over her.
"What are you doing out here alone?" he asked and her eyes were looking everywhere but at him. "Damn it! Look at me, Trish"
Her eyes snapped to him, still a lingering fear...

"Sorry, I shouldn't have yelled" he said. "But why are you out here alone?"
"Sister" she said and he frowned. "I'm looking for sister"
"Your sister?" he asked and she nodded. "Is she lost?"

"Yes" she said. "I need to find her"
"Okay" he said and intertwined their hands. "I'll help you look"
He just followed her into the woods, she was leading him. He did not know where to.
"What's her name?" he asked.
"El" she answered. "Her name is El"
