I close my eyes and think about my own way of doing things until a way came to mind as my body got warm.

Y/n: 'when I first had it I felt warm so think of a Volcano and the stages it goes through'

I though of a Volcano and I felt my body get warm again. My hair began too stand on end and red formed pulsed from my heart spreading out from the rest of my body. I open my eyes and notice my skin is brighter. Midorya took a step back.

Midorya:it's hot

Y/n: maybe from all that hatred and anger

I took a step forward as steam left my body and the sand under me began to turn to glass.

Midorya: stop stop your clothes are catching on fire

I look down to see my shirt catching fire.

Y/n: AHHHHHH!!!

I rush over to the water with Great speed making stand fly everywhere and jump in. I poke my head out the water with a upset look.

Y/n: how the hell?!

Midorya: maybe tone it down hehe

I step out the water and go for another try and this time think of a sleeping volcano and it slowly waking up bit by bit.

Y/n: calm

I warm up and it isn't as hot as before and I started to dry up from the heat. And then the pulsing stops and I stop heating up sitting at what I think is 10%.

Midorya: amazing you did it so fast

Y/n: well I had you as a test dummy

Midorya began to chuckle nervously at my comment as a skinny Toshinori walks up to us at a jog

All Might: what's going on I heard you scream!?

Y/n: we were just figuring out how to use OFA

Midorya: yeah I learned how to use it without breaking my body and learned to spread it through my whole body!

Midorya began to mutter a storm excited to tell All Might of our discovery.

All Might: that's very good young Midorya but please calm down

Midorya then stops with a small exclaim and his face grew red

Y/n: but it appears that the power generated from our quirks is different.

All Might: in what way?

Y/n: Midorya creates a electric discharge probably the energy his body can't hold gets shot out but when I do it I create heat and steam

All Might: I see. do you know what the cause in this difference is?

Nana: probably do to your Dark OFA being more physical integrated into your body as Midorya's is more spiritual

Y/n: Nana says it's probably because mine is more physical and Midorya's is more spiritual

All Might: interesting. Well you to have 2 months left continue your strength training and I will get in contact with some people who might train you in some combat
