Video: Cat's Guide to Modern Times- Fighting

Hibiscus: Two, zero. Attacking wins against Mages.

A video cut, title card reads "Magic Vs Agility".

Hibiscus rushes towards the magician's illusion copies, puffing one into smoke. She throws a baton behind herself, Kade side steps and returns a blinding bolt. It hits, she stays still in high alert, ears twitching sensing her surroundings. Kade casts a sound spell to her side, she swings her baton in the empty direction as Kade tags her on the other.

Clam: Two, naught. Mages victor over Agility.

A video cut. It returns to Kade at the flip board with the model.

Kade: The main fighting types are biased against one and beaten by one, they are equal to each other. But it isn't the case for the last two.

Kade points to the symbol of a brain.

Kade: Intelligence type. Calculating and predicting. Recognising and compensating flaws they beat the three main fighting types. They are beaten by Body's randomness and unknown equipment.

Kade points to the symbol of a human figure.

Kade: Body type. Secret and dynamic. Their erratic actions and hidden techniques they beat the informational logic structure of Intelligence. They are beaten by a intelligence more capable to find the hidden pattern in randomness and unknown.

A video cut, title card reads "GrandMage Vs Attack"

Kade: I've been teaching you for so long Clam, a teacher knows their students mind like their own.

Clam: Then you'll know that your win will not be easy.

Clam rushes in with their sword slamming it into the mages side, Kade finishes his incantation standing his ground to the hit. Hundreds of illusions were released standing phased together in a crowd surrounding the mage, creating a zone where the mage crouched is unseeable. Clam steadily walks around the outside of the crowd, their sword readied to strike what would pop up out of it. Kade jumps out of the crowd towards Clam, they swings their sword at him but it puffs into smoke and behind the illusion is a blinding bolt that hits Clam. As they staggers from the force of the bolt, Kade dashes behind and tags them.

Hibiscus: Two, one. The teach is too smart for either of us.

Kade: Weapon modifications and a different suit. I am always surprised at what you can invent Hibiscus. The day you beat me is unpredictable but certain.

Hibiscus: I'll be today teach, I'm wining that bet between me and Clam.

Kade starts with the Forrest of illusions, crouching to hide himself between the hundreds of fakes. Enveloped in the middle of the forest, Hibiscus connects her two battons end to end, it telescopes into a quarter staff, she swings it around using its extended reach to clear an area around her of illusions. It hit Kade as he retreated away from its reach, Hibiscus moves forward to chase. She swings her staff, it impacts, as the illusion's smoke vanishes it reveals a lone staff planted into the floor. From behind, Kade slides out of the forest past the rabbit and back into the forest towards his staff, tagging her along the way. She responds with a blast of air shooting out of her back, the K-kite suit [an earlier prototype version] propels her towards the staff with her paw out to tag him. Kade grabs onto his staff lodged into the ground swinging himself around it and diverting his momentum into Hibiscus. As they both collided mid air, Hibiscus tags the cat, Kade gives the rabbit a back paw to the face; the two land on the floor hard.

Clam: Two, Two. Brain and Body are equal. (Pause) Are you two alright?

Kade: Thank you for your attention, in further study we will learn the three different types of magic. The Historic, Systematic, and the Fate Vector.

The three of them wave towards the camera before it cuts black.

As I was looking for permission to archive this footage into the Numeric's pubic archive I was invited into the School of Cards, the most prestigious Illusionist magic school in the universe for an admiration gathering after Kade's funeral. It was said that he died doing what he loved, teaching into his old age the large gathering was a testament to his dedication. I meet Clam who was the Headmaster of the school, also the one who invited me. They introduced me to Hibiscus who was a successful bounty hunter, from her funds from the K-Core Air-Kite tech she was the major sponsor of the school. They both reminisced of the time they made their educational videos to sell so they could afford school equipment, they both agreed that it was Kade who made those videos special his charisma passionate and irreplaceable. I asked about the bet in the video, as they both cringed Hibiscus told me that it was Clam who beat the magician first, without Clam using magic and only their sword in a serious spar, they was able to best him. I shall ask you curious to ask Clam or Hibiscus yourself for the details, I can't do it justice with only my words as the fight is best experienced with them acting it out. At the end of the event, I was given full access to their resources to be included as part of my archive project.
