"Okay, this is getting annoying. What are they trying to hide?"
Tcf/Cale was also annoyed by that.

Cale finally fell asleep in Deruth's arms, and Violan said she would take care of Cale.

"Because of the shock, he might get sick. So take good care of him."

Violan smiled.

"I've looked after Basen since he was born. I know that."

Deruth sighed.

“Because Cale has such a deep shock, he will also have nightmares. You can simply whisper the words 'Everything is fine' while holding his hand.'

Deruth added as he was about to walk into his office and stopped.

'I forgot the black-haired man.'

Violan frowned.

"I thought you were thinking of me that time! You bastard!"

Deruth looked at Violan as if he was confused.

"I forgot something. Take care of yourself too. Don't stay awake for too long. If you're tired, just call me."

Deruth became even more confused at Cale's disbelieving remark.

Tcf/Boh Violan shook their heads at that.  At least their husbands are not dense.

Deruth walked the other way, towards the guest room.

Violan's face slightly reddened hearing that.

Violan looked at Cale and stroked his head gently.

'Hic, hic, dad, don't change, hic like before.'

Violan heard Cale's words as she waited outside the room worried about him.

Violan used to think Deruth had told his son about their marriage, so he proposed to her.

It was because Deruth was a good lord, so he definitely will knew how to take care of his son.

Who would have thought, Deruth seemed to have forgotten, that he had a son, and left him in sorrow?

"I'm sorry."

Tcf/Boh Deruth apologized and Tcf/Boh Violan shook their heads.

"That's already happened. We don't have time to regret the past."  Boh/Violan.
"I think you've made a good father now. Tcf/Violan.

Violan somewhat regretted accepting Deruth's proposal at that time, but it can't be helped, everything has happened.

Cale also walked away as if he disliked Basen and herself.  So she didn't want to force him because she had already stolen the attention of the only remaining of his family.

"Mom, I did mean to..."

Cale held Violan's hand feeling guilty.

"It's okay. I understand."

"Sorry."

Boh/Cale just said that and Boh/Violan stroked her head gently.

"No, it's not your fault."

Hearing Cale's words like that, broke Violan's heart into pieces.

She heard from Park Soo Yun that he never had a romantic relationship or made a child in his life.
