(Time skip to after Nancy explained the time theory to the group Aka. Steve, Robyn, Eddie and y/n. And the others made the make shift rope to help them back out the upside down cus I forgot what happened before that💀)

While Dustin and the younger group were busy constructing the bedsheet-rope inside of Eddie's real trailer, Nancy's group was all preparing them self to climb back through the gate.

Eddie held y/ns hands in a comforting manner while she whisper/explained a basic summery what happened between her and 001 all those years ago and in the recent experience.

He had a serious express mixed with comfort as she stared at him with glassy eyes, she rested her head against his chest and he placed an arm around her back and with the other rubbed the back of her head.

"Hey love birds it's done" Robyn said gesturing to the bed sheet rope hanging through the gate, y/n and Eddie walked up to the rope and everyone looked at y/n desperately.

"I guess I'm the tester" she laughed nervously, as she got a grip on rope she felt a pair of hands around her waist, turning her head she came face to face with Eddie.

"Don't worry I'll help, your probably a bit shaken up..." he said awkwardly slightly looking away, y/n smiled lightly before pulling herself up the ladder with Eddie's help.

Then her whole body went limp before turning over and falling onto the "mysterious stain" covered mattress.

She looked back up through the gate at a smiling Eddie who looked like a little kid just won a competition.

She smiled before rolling off the mattress, next was Eddie and he quickly followed y/n action and went through the gate.

He landed on his mattress with a thud before laughing while looking at y/n, "that was fun".

Y/n offered a hand to him, pulling him up.

They stood hand in hand while Robyn came through the gate and landed on the mattress laughing.

Y/n and Eddie still stood staring at each other lovingly, something y/n didn't Truly understand but still liked.

Y/ns pov:

I couldn't understand fully the concept or the construct of love but I could understand the feeling but didn't know how to recognise it.

Maybe I had been in love with Henry/001 but I might have moved on, ignoring the fact we'd literally had sex not even 2 hours ago.

But sex isn't always about love, it could be expressing lots of different things.

But ever since Iv been spending more time with Eddie it felt as if I'd fallen in love all over again, it sounds childish but it's true.

Henry didn't seem to be in the right mind set, I know I'd fallen for a insane child killer but you could say I was vulnerable and easy to manipulate.

But that because I'd never experienced love and never been taught about it, Henry turned my world inside out.

(literally🥴🥴)

But I couldn't let something toxic drag me down, I feel as if me and Eddie would have a more positive impact on me.

It sounds selfish and I know it is but I'm not giving up anyone or anything to be with Eddie but if I was with Henry it would be the complete opposite.

Love is an emotions, a passion, and commitment. It involves care, attraction, affection, and trust. Love can vary in intensity and can change over time.

And it feels as if me and Henry lack most of that, and no ones to blame but him.

So maybe I do love Eddie....
