Tessa pushed her suitcase forward as Punz closed the car door. The streamer had driven her to the airport because she was going to the UK to her best friend for her birthday.
After admitting his feelings at his house, the two had become closer. Hanging out most days when she doesn't have classes or work, sometimes they just walk around with Teddy hanging around them. To say the least, if Punz could describe it, Tessa was now a constant part of his everyday life.
So when it was time that Tessa would be going back to the UK for Niki's birthday, Punz knew that it would take him some time to get used to. This led to intense teasing from his friends but he didn't really care.
When they reached the inside, passing through everything, Tessa looked at him and smiled. "Thank you for driving me here." She said.
Punz walked to her and fixed her mask before chuckling, "It's all good." He said. She hummed and nodded before hugging him.
His heart leaped making him smile as he hugged her back. "It seems you're going to miss me Miss Hartman." He said. She huffed and hit his chest a lightly, "Maybe." She teased before pulling away.
When he looked down at her, he pouted making her laugh, "Kidding, I'll miss you." She said with a smile.
He let out a relieved sigh, she chuckled and patted his head, reaching up slightly. And suddenly his flight was called and she sighed, "I need to go." She said.
He hummed and hugged her quickly before letting go again, "I'll see you soon." He said. She chuckled and nodded, "See you soon Punz."
And as she walked to her gate, Punz stayed there, waiting until he couldn't see her anymore. As she was out of eye sight, he sighed and turned around, leaving the airport already missing her.
