Peter: I see.....so after you let down Hex Westview you been consumed by that black magic book from that Harkness Witch and believe you needed to save your sons from the Multiverse only to learn they weren't real. And you sacrificed yourself to save every universe.....and then you end up back here?
Wanda: Uh huh.
Peter: Well I don't see how that would make you a bad person. I understand you lost so much. I did too. In fact I did too.
Wanda: What happened.
Peter then began explaining everything that happened in Europe with Quinten Beck his identity getting exposed and when he asked Dr. Strange to make everyone forget his identity but not wanting Ned Michelle May Happy and the Starks to forget that came with a side effect of learning about the Multiverse himself meeting two more Spider-Men and facing off their past enemies. Even May's murder at the hands of the Green Goblin and when Dr. Strange casted the forgetful spell in a result the whole world even his friends forgotten about him
Wanda was completely shocked and distraught

Wanda: I'm so sorry.
Peter: Yeah....it is what it is.
Wanda: I'm guessing the Starks don't remember you either.
Peter: No. Not even Happy. Ever since Mr. Stark died he been there for my Aunt and me. And....it freaked me out they were a thing....I mean I know May's been lonely since my Uncle Ben died but I didn't know how else to take it.
Wanda: Yeah I can understand that too. About a year before my parents died....they told me.....Pietro and I.....were adopted.
Peter: Adopted?
Wanda: I cried very deeply to know I wasn't their real daughter but....they raised us....and I didn't care that I was adopted later they were the only parents I had.
Peter: So what happened to your real parents?
Wanda: I don't know. I never knew them. My parents were told my biological mother died giving birth to Pietro and me and our biological father....was a wanted man.
Peter: Revenge of the Sith flags.
Wanda: What?
Peter: Sorry. Had a Star Wars vibe.
They continued talking and pretty soon after the movie ended putted their left over pizza's in the fridge Peter and Wanda had to figure sleeping arrangements
